Watch Station is a good place to find lovely watches, both traditional timepiece and smartwatches. I was able to buy a Michael Kors watch here at a very discounted price. There was a general sales discount of 40% and an additional 20% discount was applied to my total order. The staff were quite helpful and have good suggestions to help decide on a watch. Just don't expect very high end stuff here. Overall, I love the watch collection here.

I called this store Monday night (10/09) at 8:55 pm; literally about to park my car and run in the store to purchase the watch I wanted- It was going to be a quick in and out transaction. I called the store just to make sure they were still open- When I told the sales associate that I was parking and just minutes away, (probably 1 minute walking distance) he asked the store manager if they could wait for me- She, the store manager yells with a loud, rude attitude, "tell her the doors are locked already locked"; mind you, its still not 9 yet. I have done my fair deal of working in the retail industry at multiple levels, and what I have always learned is that you wait for the customer. When the store first opened the sales associates were so pleasant and as time goes by, the talent gets worse and worse. So sad and disappointing.

Great store and prices! Love the staff Manager Jade is wonderful, they know their regular customers by name and to me that is very impressive.

This is a good outlet store for watches. They generally have good discounts for certain watches most times. The selection here is varied enough to suit most tastes and occasions. The staff is quite helpful and have good suggestions to help decide on a watch. Just don't expect very high end stuff here tho!

Worst shopping experience ever!!! Customer service is a joke! They gave me the wrong watches, and I called the store right away, they told me to bring them back to exchange the one I need. And when I drive back to store,(cost me an hour) the manger said they can do nothing for me. I said I called before and ur sales told me come back, and manger said that person do not have authority to do that. And she also said it's my fault not checking the watches before I check out. And I ask her for the customer service number then she told me they don't have one!! I'll never shop here again!!
