My husband and I really enjoyed our 5 night stay at this new hotel!! Ms. Cheryl went above and beyond to make us comfortable and there was also a young lady, at the front desk, with long black hair who was exceptional...always smiling and greeting us every time we came and left (sorry I forgot name)!! But in all honesty all staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful!! The lavender sachets were such a darling touch in the evenings!! Rooms were nice and clean (thanks sweet housekeeping ladies!!!) with a modern feel, location was close to subway, shopping, and plenty of food options. Kudos to all the staff!!! Thank you so much!!!:)

Disappointing on many levels. I checked in thru mobile check in. However, when I arrived the front desk was unprepared. They then said my mobile key would be sent to me. It never arrived. I booked a “city view” room but did not get. The website indicated a rooftop bar was open and was one o the highlights of the stay. That evening we attempted to access the 21st floor to visit the bar...no luck. Went to front desk and was told the rooftop bar was still under construction. Overall, a terrible stay. Will no stay again.

AMAZING staff, location, room. Intelligent and beautiful design-room is clean, modern (not too modern, still comfortable), spacious for the three of us. Love the wood floors-can't imagine what would be left on the carpet after walking through the city. Great price for a room with two beds, so close to everything. This trip was for our daughter's 10th birthday-A birthday card personally signed by the staff with two delicious cupcakes waiting in our room. On our second day, a staff member tracked us down with a map and details to the best cookie shop in NYC. I have stayed at dozens of Marriott's and this by far was the best experience. Will definitely return!

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of NYC. From the seamless check-in to the outstanding staff, our stay at this establishment was absolutely great! A staff member by the name of Nykia, was extremely helpful and assisted us with the checking-in process and made sure our stay was nothing less of amazing. The grounds are beautiful and the room was an even greater WOW. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in NYC as it’s prime location, awesome staff, and beautiful rooms will definitely make your visit worthwhile!

This hotel was great! It exceeded my expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, and the design of the hotel was very cool. It's also very close to Times Square. I would definitely recommend it and I will be looking to stay in ACs in the future.
