My son and I just returned from a 3 day stay in NYC. The hotel staff was ultra-friendly and very accommodating.They stored our luggage from an early arrival and after we checked out for a late departure. The concierge provided helpful information about a visit to Brooklyn. Close access to subway. Excellent breakfast each morning. Definitely will stay again on a return visit to the city.

Easy check in with the phone app and receiving key digitally. Free breakfast is good and easy. Street noise is kind of loud even at a high floor and if you're a light sleeper you might want to pick up earplugs.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great location, close to multiple subway stations. Breakfast is good, but the space is over utilized, whether you go for breakfast at 8 AM or 10 AM.. it's hard to find space to sit. And there aren't enough elevators for the number of rooms. Always need to have 10-15 mins buffer time to reach lobby from the room. On the weekend we had to wait for elevator for 20+ minutes after which we decided to take stairs down from 25th floor to lobby. Not a pleasant way to start your day.

The best hotel in the entire city. Worth every penny. Amazing staff and the rooms are super clean, beautiful, and comfortable. I would rate 10 stars if I could.

We had an epic time in NYC and part of that was the awesome staff and fantastic room we had at Hampton Inn Manhattan/Times Square Central! We were beyond pleased with our room and the staff here was just lovely. Rachelle made us feel very welcome when we arrived, and was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay! If I could give this property 10 stars I would :) Look forward to staying here on my next trip to the city!
