Very clean and located at a great place in downtown. I got a 2 bed hotel and the only thing that I did not like is that the bathroom door can't be locked because it slides. I went to NY for a conference so I did not know the girl who I roomed with and at first I thought it was kind of weird because the restroom door can be opened from anyone outside. You can even see through from the gaps on the sides of the door in the corners because the door does not close completely. Other than that the breakfast was great, the front desk people where always busy, and the lobby is tiny. I would recommend this hotel because it was clean and the location is great. By the way, the view from your window is amazing. You can see all of downtown and the busy streets of people walking all night.

Location is good. Im a smoker;no smoking rooms don't bother me. I have no problem going outside. However, we were told there was a smoking area outside (perfectly fine by me) & we requested a lower floor & were given it. I also read in the services booklet (yes, I read those) that there was a smoking area in the courtyard ~ all good. Here's my problem, that courtyard had at least 6 no smoking signs in it and the guest smoking area is standing on the public sidewalk. I felt lied to. Look, just say no smoking anywhere. I have more respect for that and I'd have been more prepared for all the people passing by who stopped to ask me for a cigarette.

Pretty good hotel. Nice, if small rooms. The bar downstairs is not bad--okay food and an extensive beer list. Time Square is super close too which is great.

Surprisingly nice accomodations! The bathroom had great lighting and was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable, and had convenient charger/outlet placement right next to the bed stand. Can't speak to the service, but considering the hotel's busy location it seemed to run very smoothly from my perspective.

Considering that rooms were in high demand I didn't get charged an arm and a leg! It was really convenient brunt right next to the Peter Pan bus station as well. I feel really comfortable and the staff seemed very nice. Hands down one of my top hotel experiences!
