I would highly recommend One Stop Moving & Storage and would move with them again. I shopped around and I found that they had the best prices and value. I found the staff very friendly and professional. The women I spoke to on the phone when booking was great outlined all the cost and charges for me so there was no surprises on the day. They also booked a visual estimator to come to my home to see my belongings and estimate a moving price, all free of charge. I also received 20 free boxes which I was very impressed with. On the day of the move the movers arrived on time. The movers were so friendly and kind and manged the whole move with great ease. Moving has never been so easy.

One Stop showed up on time and did a great job wrapping my furniture with moving pads. the crew members were nice and polite and even gave me an estimate before starting, the final bill was $75 less than the given estimate which was nice and I was able to give the movers bigger tip! they totally deserve it!

Mike and Ernesto were very professional, friendly, and adaptable. They called the day before to confirm the move and called again the next morning at exactly 0840 which was between the time they said they would call to start the move. [0800-1000]. They arrived at the location at the exact time they said they would be there which was 0900. I gave them precise directions on how I wanted everything moved and why and they were so quick and careful to move my entire storage in the proper locations. I had to move some things out of one unit to a smaller unit and at the same time move the remainder of my items to my new home. They were done packing everything into the truck in 38 minutes, something that would have taken me hours to accomplish on my own. So happy I called them! Ernesto is also bilingual and they keep constant communication flowing while ensuring items from my bedroom went to my bedroom and the like. Thanks so much!

After researching different companies I decided to go with one stop moving because of the five star reviews on yelp. I am Happy I did! I was extremely impressed with the punctuality of arrival ,professional and happy attitude of all three guys. They moved very fast and moved me in a timely manner. All my furniture was wrapped really well and everything was put together nicely with no damage to any of my items. I would definitely recommend them as movers and would hire them again for my next move.

I used this company to move my things from San Diego to my new home and it took several months for the truck to come and in the mean time 4 other companies had been hired to actually move my stuff. By the time the truck arrived a great number of my items were missing or broken. They never took a good accountable manifest of what they picked up while on the other hand I did. Their manifest consist of items such as "Thing" or "box". On the other hand I have a very detailed account of every item they picked up loose and every item that was in each box. Even though they have no account of what went where and are admitting that they have no accountability for my things they still are forcing me to take them to small claims court, and have my bank file a fraud case against them to recoup my losses (several thousands of dollars). The employees have been outstandingly dismissive and rude. Be wary of this company.
