Worst experience ever..... 
They charged me an extra $1,500 dollars without prior notification. Supposedly I returned the car without the back seat, but when I returned, it was inspected and had no problems. I called and the supervisor was not there. I have never been contacted despite having my phone contact. In my opinion this is a set up. They have surveillance cameras; therefore, this issue can easily be verified prior to charges. It is easier for them to charge $1,500 than verify the  surveillance cameras. I hope my experience can help you in your decision-making…..

I read the comments after I reserved the car and I was terrified!. I wanted to cancel but I decided to give Budget at Miami Airport a chance (and avoid the 20 Eur penalty for canceling :-) ). My experience was totally different from most of the comments. I reserved the car for a weekend (10.12-13.12). At the airport there are multiple shuttles so I did not have to wait more than a minute to get to the rental offices. I was expecting a terrible line when I arrived but on the contrary there was just one person in front of me (and I wasn't a fast-break client). The person at the counter offered me the additional services but I declined them. Maybe she insisted only once and I said "just what it is included in my reservation please" and I had my car in less than 5min.
The only thing that I experienced from the other comments was that they were trying to offer you the additional services or insurances. However, this is something that you can expect.
When I returned the car with the full tank I took the precaution to show the receipt from the gas station near the airport (as one comment stated that he was charged because he didn't showed it) but the person receiving the car said it was fine, she didn't need to see the receipt. She just checked the gas level. Anyway, I asked this person for a receipt, just to check there wasn't any additional charge but it was everything fine.
According to my experience, Budget at MIA it is not the terrible thing I read from the comments. Maybe I had luck or it was low season.

Never Again! After a very early start from Denver and an almost 4 hour flight I had to wait and endure a 2 hour wait at the Budget counter for a car that I had booked several weeks in advance. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than helping customers. It was clear that they didn't have cars ready and were "killing time" until cars arrived. I would pay slightly more next time and AVOID Budget at Miami!

&1/2 hours to receive our car that was pre-booked and pre-paid. Worst service I have seen. Will never use again. Go across to Enterprise or someone else. There all in the same place.
