Worst experience ever, they make their own rules and tried to obligate me to rent the vehicle for a minimun of 1 week. Very nasty humans super disrespectful.

Not HONEST about their posted prices!
NEVER USE Royal Rent-A-Car if you want real service!
I tried to reserve a car on their website. Selected a car for $143+ a week. Confirmed my selection and entered personal information. The total with all extra charges looked fine. However when I clicked “Make Reservation” button, the final screen displayed almost double total. I’ve saved all screenshots and tried to talk to them. The manager from Miami office advised me to go to another agency.
They do not stand by their posted prices.

Worst experience ever!!!! Left us stranded in the Florida Keys with a broken down car that of course turned out not to be our fault. The manager (what a joke) also referenced how “we were not in Cuba” and could “find another rental car” because ours was broke down, not taking into account we were in the Keys during the off season at 6 pm = no rental car companies open. Then he proceeded to curse and yell at my husband over the phone. This company is a joke and their “management” is a perfect example of a company with no ethics or values. Horrific! Run when you see their name! Lucky for us the next morning Enterprise saved us!
