I really appreciate the service we received from Achten's Quality Roofing.  Any time I had a question, they responded promptly.  Our estimator, Jerry, was very helpful and pleasant to work with.  The four man crew came out and ripped off our old roof and put up a new one in just over six hours.  Everyone at Achten's was pleasant and friendly.  A very easy company to work with.  I love my new roof.

My husband and i loved the work done by Achten Roofing on one of our rental properties. Very professional and clean. With minimal interruption to our tenants! this is a big plus for us to maintain good relationships with our renters. We had an all new roof put on, and our house has a very steep pitched roof. Everything was done in a day and a half with no issues at all. Loved dealing with Jerry, he was very attentive to our needs. The office people were great. we will definitely be using them again.

This was the second time I called on Achten's roofing.  The first time was to re-roof my rental house.  It had cedar shakes and I wanted a composition style.  They did such a good job I called on them again.  The second time I was concerned about a leak in my over hang and worried my roof was starting to rot.  After a complete inspection, it was determined the original roofers failed to bring the shakes all the way to the end of the roof line.  That was 11 years ago.  It was noted no serious damage was done, and they just fixed the problem around all the gutter areas.  It was done in a timely manner and very friendly people! The water now travels where it should!!

We live out of state and we were putting our rental property up for sale. Per the inspection report we needed to replace the entire roof, but we were in a time crunch. We called to make an appointment to have someone go and take a look and give us a quote. The sales rep was very nice and returned a quote to us via email very quickly and was able to schedule us right away. We had been talking to other roofing companies and they were 4-6 weeks out, and since we had already received an offer on the house, we couldn't wait that long. They made arrangements to get started on the roof immediately and finished it within 2 days. We received pictures of the finished product and everything looked wonderful and clean. Everything was clean and no trash was left on the property. We would definitely recommend Achten's to everyone who is needing a roof!!

Had complete roof replacement.  Had to tear off two old roofs and build a new one.  The first couple days I really had to watch them to make sure everyone was on the same page about the work that needed to be done.  I think they need better communication between the estimators promising the work and the workers.  Besides that no other complaints.  Everyone was very friendly and the quality of work was excellent.  They were even able to upgrade my insulation in the attic which qualified me for a rebate through PSE.  For as big as this project was they were done in just a few days.  My house is now comfortable and I know come this fall I will not have to fear any leaks.  I will definitely use this company again in the future.
