I noticed a few leaks in my ceiling.  After checking online reviews, I called NGB roofing. Nick came to my home quickly and gave me a quote I found reasonable. Turns out, I needed to have my roof replaced. Even though his schedule was booked out for weeks, he was able to squeeze me in the very next week. His work is outstanding. Very detail oriented. He even made sure my neighbors' areas was cleaned up before leaving.  He stuck to his original quote and timeline. I highly recommend using NGB Roofing for all your roofing needs.

Contacted NGB Roofing in the morning and Nick arrived to take a look at my roof early afternoon.  I have a low-slope, 3 Tab roof.  Nick advised it was repairable but that repairs would hold up for only several years due to the low slope.  He recommended a different type of roofing, carefully explaining every feature.  His quote was extremely reasonable.  I accepted the proposal and work began several days later.  Work was completed on schedule, no hidden fees or extra charges beyond that which we discussed prior to the work beginning.  When the job was complete the only evidence left behind to prove that NGB was here was the new roof,  Exceptional Company, extremely professional in all regards.  If you need help with any roofing issues NGB would be an excellent choice.

 Nick is the best! I am the Operations Manager at a high-end painting company and know about customer service. We had a roof leak and needed help ASAP, Nick picked up the phone right away. He was able to move his schedule around and take care of our leak the same day. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a true professional. He knows his trade well and has great customer service.

As a homeowner, I've worked with many service professionals and am thankful to have finally found a reliable, trustworthy, and meticulous roofer. Nick takes great pride in his work and does the job right the first time. His timely communication shows that he cares about his clients and makes every effort to help each homeowner. While he was applying moss killer on my roof he took extra time to complete a thorough inspection. I appreciated being aware of the condition of my roof and his honest recommendations. Additionally, while replacing a faulty skylight, he took extra care making sure it was done properly by fixing mistakes of past installers. He genuinely cares about his clients' peace of mind to have a quality roof. I gladly recommend him and his team as honest and skilled professionals.
