I've been a member of Active Bodez for over 10 years.  Honestly, I've never been faithful to working out until I met Scott as my Personal Trainer.  He holds me accountable and insists that I do each exercise properly so that I get the maximum benefit. I know most of the members here and we're like family.  I really like that aspect.  We support each other in many ways.

Scott has been there when I was recovering from a motorcycle accident. He is patient and works to create a non-intimidating atmosphere. The training can be tough but I felt that everything was done for my best interests. The prices are very reasonable and the facilities are clean. If you want a low stress place to work out and unwind try this place.

I've been going to Watanya's Zumba Class & loving it!!  I'm a newbie so it's a lot learning the steps, but yesterday was day 3 and I can't wait to go back next week :)!

Very accommodating - from zumba classes for athletic types and customized training for the age challenged.

A wonderful place to work in an intimate setting and work one-on-one with Scott Anspach. If you need personal motivation to work out, check this place out.  I used to hate to exercise but now I find a way to incorporate it into my weekly schedule. #ReviewLocal
