Great people. Extremely welcoming and hospitable. Well equipped, big space, great workout. I'll be back when I'm in town again.

I recently had a work trip that had me overnighting near CrossFit Brier Creek. I wanted to try and get a workout in, did some research on nearby crossfit boxes and found CFBC. I called and was quickly invited by Kirk to join them for a class the following day. 
When I arrived in RDU, I made my way to the 5:30pm class where I was warmly greeted by Kirk and his wife and was very impressed by the space, equipment, and most importantly, the people. I was made to feel part of the team/community. The athletes were all encouraging and hospitable and Kirk's coaching was superb. 
I'm eagerly awaiting my next overnight in RDU so I can stop in again... thanks for a great experience...

Absolutely love this gym and the community. Kirk is an awesome coach and definitely likes to learn each one of us individually. I am so happy I found this gym when I moved here!

Lots of space for activities. Coaches take time to ensure proper technique is used. I've seen changes that I never thought were possible. I look forward to heading in for a workout, but more importantly the people make the experience. It's great to be a part of a fun community. I find that making an investment into your body and mind is worth every penny!
