It is an extremely annoying experience if you happen to be using a machine that the owner or her daughter need for a client. They will badger and harass you to get off the machine immediately because the super important owner and her daughter don't have the time or the courtesy to let you finish up your exercise. If you pause for a few seconds between reps, she will pounce on you and deliver a sermon about how you are holding up her royal self and her entourage. These ladies skipped basic customer 101 lessons. I will drop my membership if I have one more irritating interaction with these super annoying and impolite pests. They can't seem to get it into their heads that their time isn't the only precious asset in the world. It does not look like they have gotten any better over the years. The same annoying experience has been reported by other reviewers over the years.

Basically, this is an apartment quality gym that you pay for; it's a great gym for the recreational/non-serious gym user that isn't really interested in results. Equipment is cheaper and lower quality than some of the nearby apartment gyms!!!

Small gym compared to some others in area but always able to get my workouts in.

Nice/clean equipment and friendly staff! I'm not a member but always work out here when I'm in town for work.
