This place does not deserve a star. All gym equipment are old and broken, water fountain has not been fixed over a year, bathroom smells and owner changed our membership fees. One day my name was missing from their system and told me I couldn't get same deal even though I was still a member. I had to pay more. Worst customer service ever. I would be ok to pay more money if they upgraded their equipment, but I don't see that happening. There are more gyms around offer better deals and faculty.

The atmosphere of the gym is good. The facilities are in need of serious repair. The water fountain is horrible only dispensing warm water. The restrooms are small and the shower is filthy. The equipment needs updating and none of the heart rate equipment works.

Let me first begin my saying I’ve never taken the time to leave a bad review on any business. As a business owner myself I know the impact of reviews and how a bad review can negatively affect a business. Unfortunately I have been left with no other option but to do so. I’ve been a member of this gym for 5 years and it has been no walk in the park. I joined this gym mainly due to the convenience aspect but I would rather drive to a gym not so convenient than to continue working out in such an unsafe and unkempt environment. I’m only going to address the major issues of this gym, I would have to write a novel if I listed every single issue. Let’s start with the water fountain. The buttons you press to get water are missing. They were duck taped on for several months but now there just gone. Next is the stall in the men’s bathroom. The stall door was broken for almost a year. There was actually a stool inside the stall to lean against the stall door so no one would walk in on you. I still had numerous people walk in on me. The owner finally installed a barn door lock, yes a barn door lock! When all he had to do was order the piece that was broken. Another major issue was the equipment itself. Whenever the upholstery would come undone from the equipment, they would staple it back together or use duct tape instead of actually having it repaired professionally. So it wasn’t uncommon to have a staple poke you from time to time. Most of the treadmills tv’s and head phone jacks doesn’t work properly. This was brought to his attention via email months ago. The cable fly machine is broken and will malfunction during your set. This leads me to why I’m leaving this review. Earlier this week I was using the cable fly machine, when it malfunction during my set again. I immediately brought this to the owner Ken Mullins attention. I asked him for a pen and piece of paper so I could put a note on the machine stating not to use. He wanted me to show him the issue and so I did. He proceeded to tell me that he has had this machine repaired monthly due to this issue. I told him that was not truthful and he was lying as it has never been replaced nor repaired. He then proceeded to say f-ck you if you want to call me a liar, I’ll cancel your membership. Yes very professional I know… It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see it has never been replaced nor repaired. Two weeks ago another piece of equipment malfunction and injured a woman. I went to Ken’s office and explained to him that someone just got injured. He told her that he would have it looked at and never addressed if she needed medical attention or not. Needless to say this is the end of this circus of a gym. Take it from someone that has been a member of this gym for the last 5 years. Save yourself the headache and your hard earn money and find another gym that is cared for and ran by someone who cares to address their customer’s needs without the owner telling you f-uck you, I’ll cancel your membership. If another unsatisfied member reads this, I'm going to be working with a local news station on a story about this gym. They would like to speak to other unsatisfied members on their experiences. Please message me with your info. This review is about just this any time fitness gym excluding the trainers that work there, because they cannot control how the gym is managed. There are other anytime fitness’s gyms that are well taken care of and the public safety isn’t put at risk.

Water fountain is repaired with duct tape, are you kidding me? Pads on machines are ripped. Broken equipment stays broken for months. The "promise" on the wall says that Anytime Fitness provides state of art equipment. That's a joke. The equipment is old and outdated. Wished i wouldn't have joined this gym. It's close to home is the only reason. I should've driven further to go to a quality gym. Unfortunately, I have another 10 months but I'm gone after that.

I was hoping that things would get fixed when they decided to charge a maintenance fee on top of monthly membership. Nope. Cables are broken on equipment, almost all grips on dumbbells are torn, water fountain buttons are all broken, stall door didn't have a,lock for 5 months in mens bathroom, and the WIFI hardly ever works. Only thing positive about this location are the hours. The Morrisville Anytime Fitness 10 minutes away is far nicer, and has an owner that cares about the facility.
