SG offers recreational classes for boys and girls ages 5+. We also offer pre-school classes for ages 18 months-4.5 years.

SG excels in our pre-team and competitive team program.

SG offers a wide range of activities including track-out and summer camps, birthday parties, open gym, kid's night out, field trips, speed and agility classes, and much more!

We have had a great experience with Superior Gymnastics over the years. Started out taking recreational classes and transitioned to the competitive teams. We have always felt welcome by coaches and staff. Coaches are encouraging to my daughters and adjust their styles to meet the needs of my children. They love going to camp here too...they have so much fun! Great gym to be involved with....not intimidating -great fit for us!

My daughter has been attending this gym for about three years now and she absolutely loves it! The coaches are great and so is the owner. As a parent I appreciate how the staff is dedicated to our children. My daughter improves more and more each year, it's a great establishment.

Great gym! My kids have been going here over five years. The staff maintains a good balance or work ethics, sportsmanship and family values. The tools our girls have garnered here will help them as they progress through their competitions...and life.

Superior Gymnastics has been a wonderful experience for our family. My 8 yo daughter has been on the competitive team at SG since last May (we moved from another gym in the area). She has grown stronger physically and mentally and loves the sport and is always eager to go to practice. The coaches here love the sport and sincerely care about the gymnasts. The facility itself is great imo. It has separate sides for recreational/competitive gymnastics giving all the gymnasts the room they need. There is something for everyone here- fun recreational classes (all ages and levels), different types of competitive teams (STAR, Xcel, USAG compulsory and optional), birthday parties, track out and summer camps, parents' night out, and open gym to name a few. I appreciate that there is an open door to check in with the coaches and owner about my daughter and her progress/goals, and that they are supportive of her activities beyond the gym. There are fun extras for the competitive team too- a buddy system between the gymnasts for support/encouragement, holiday celebrations, community service opportunities, etc. This gym is a special place to our family and I recommend it to anyone interested in gymnastics.

I feel that the coaches at Superior Gymnastics really care about the kids, both how they are developing as a person and gymnast. My children have become more disciplined and focused in addition to improving their skills.
