The employee that answered the phone so I could make the service appointment was extremely nice. My service advisor was Ben. He explained the process to me in detail as I have extended warranty. Great customer service. Definitely recommend this location. I was also provided with a loaner car of the year which was a big help.

They were friendly and waiting room was nice. But they did the multi point inspection without doing the inspection and said there were all the items that needed fixing that had recently been done. When I told them these items had been replaced recently, the service person said well how would we know, we didn't look at the car. We just looked at the recommended service updates for your model/year. So there hadn't been any actual inspection other than looking at the body. Too bad, a real multi point inspection could have been useful and was the reason I took it to a dealer for an oil change rather than someplace else.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Acura of Peabody and especially of my salesman Jimmy Mazzarini! When I decided to purchase a new car my initial thought was that I needed to make sure I was well prepared so that I would not be taken advantage of. I even enlisted the help of my Dad, who had previously worked at car dealership, to help me run numbers and negotiate a fair price. When we arrived at Acura we were lucky enough to have Jimmy as our sales person! During the test drive he provided with us with so much information about the features of the car and he was hysterical! When we got back to the dealership I knew I was sold on the car but I was dreading negotiating a fair price for both my new car and trade in. This process could not have gone any smoother- it really was unbelievable! My father and I were ready for a battle but Jimmy delivered numbers that matched exactly what we had written down from our research at home. My father and I were both speechless. My Dad even went home that night and double checked all his numbers and called to let me know how well we did! When it was time to pick up the car Jimmy took his time and explained everything I would need to know and answered all of my questions. I just cannot say enough about my experience and what a great guy Jimmy is! If you are looking for an expert in car knowledge and customer care then make sure you ask for Jimmy- he really is the best!
