Perhaps the most difficult purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. They changed the terms of the sale 3 times. I ended up paying much more than was initially agreed. What they did was very clever. Love my Jeep. Go Elsewhere to purchase. Don’t let the response fool you. It’s not sincere. Just trying to mitigate a negative review. I did contact them. THE DONT CARE.

Met with Fred F. to look into options regarding my current lease. Fred worked hard to lay out all my options and took his time explaining stuff to me. Found him to be fair and honest and steer me in the right direction. It is somewhat of a drive for me to come here but I am really glad that I did in the first place and because of the great service and honesty, I'll be sticking with them for my next lease.

Amazing experience buying the exact Jeep Renegade I was looking for. Tofik was great through the whole process. I can't say enough about Lawless. Jessica was also amazing !! A+++

Best Ever Car Buying Experience!! From the 1st time we pulled into Lawless Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram until I picked up my new truck, we were completely amazed and extremely pleased with our Salesman Jared Ruiz. He greeted us quickly and professionally and listened to exactly what I wanted and the features I was looking for. No trying to steer me towards features that I didn't want or to purchase anything additional that I did not need. He very quickly had me testing driving the truck that I would ultimately purchase that very same day! During the negotiations part of the deal, there were no "games" or "sales pitches". He just listened to what we said and came back with an overall deal that I was very happy with. Not only did he go into work on his day off to personally drive my truck to the Linex place to have the bed liner installed, he kept me up to date via phone on every step of the whole process including 3 status update calls to me on the day I picked it up! Outstanding Customer Service! Thank you again Jared!

If you are busy do not go there. I have tried to call these people at least 5 times about my lease that is coming up. I have emailed also. They are just too busy. Go somewhere else.
