I just bought my first car and Alex and Luis were great! Both were so nice and cared about what I wanted and tried to help.  They were not pushy at all.  I felt like they understood what I wanted and supported whatever I would go with.  Wendel was also great! He helped out with the financial part of the closing.  He was also very nice and put in any advice he could give.  He would recommend different packages and give his personal opinion.  Everyone who helped me was someone who genuinely cared and you got to know them and about their family.  I will definitely go back, and recommend people to go if you are looking for a new car.

I purchased my first Honda last week. My experience at Honda Cars of Boston was exceptional!

The salesman was Brian Nazzaro who made my experience the best I've ever had while purchasing a vehicle! He was patient and fair. We had a great conversation and he got me into the car I wanted within my budget! He also went out of his way to find me one with the specific cloth interior that I preferred and I didn't have to wait (he found it before the original car was available)!

The finance manager was AJ. He worked with my budget and made sure all of my paperwork was done right away and I was able to drive off with my new car the same day! He was extremely pleasant and made sure I got the best deal!

The sales manager was Alex. I didn't get to meet him personally, but he was the one behind the scenes approving all deals presented by Brian. I appreciate that I was able to make a deal with what I had to offer and get a reliable car that fits me and my family's needs! 

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER purchasing a new car! I'm happy to be a part of the Honda family now!

Purchased a 2017 CR-V from Honda Cars of Boston via the internet sales team.  The price was lower than competing dealers in my area and we set up an appointment to see the vehicle the next day.  We were met by sales consultant David Jiang and the process was quick and smooth.  There was a slight sticking point with the trade value, but that was handled to our satisfaction and the deal was done.  

I have used the service department for a few warranty issues as well as standard maintenance.  The service advisers and the service director have been efficient and quickly got me going.  The mechanics have been doing great work, which is that I do not have to return for the same problem additional times.  I have also had the opportunity to use the parts department and it has also been a pleasure to deal with.  I happily recommend Honda Cars of Boston for sales, service and parts.  So far my experience has been very positive and I cannot say anything negative.

I was looking for a Honda CR-V, and everyone at this dealership was great. Especially Luis Lopez, who was a very honest, personable, and approachable salesman. This dealership gave us the best price of any other dealership out of 20 or so dealerships near boston from the very beginning. They did the negotiating work for us by giving us a low price from the beginning, but Luis Lopez went above and beyond to help us find available vehicles, figure out options if we ultimately wanted to buy, etc. and without every pressuring us to buy the vehicle. No matter how crazy the request we had was, he would kindly look into it for us without any hesitation or complaint. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a CR-V or any other Honda vehicle. I've never had such a pleasant car shopping experience.

I shopped 7 dealerships this was the last one. Best price, outstanding customer service. Everything that was promised was delivered. I have yet to buy a car and be a return customer, until now. When my lease is up i will be back to purchase from them.

Fast forward 10 months later minor issue with my car. The same sales guy and sales manager took great care of me. Everything they said they would do when i brought the car they did. Very rare. Great place to buy and get service
