I had purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Boston before so when shopping for another Mercedes, I decided to save them for last.  The process was simple.  I called them inquiring about the model I wanted along with the best price I had found elsewhere, and asked if they were willing to match it.  An hour later, I was sitting at the desk of Paolo Castro, who not only appreciated the fact I had done my homework, did not try to sell me a vehicle with any of the extras I said I was not willing to pay for.  Paolo respected my time and did not try to negotiate the price of the vehicle as, "what do you want your monthly payment to be".  I knew what I was willing to pay and what I was willing to submit as a trade, and Paolo worked with me to find the vehicle which was agreeable to me at a price the dealership was willing to sell for.  I love my new Mercedes and will call Paolo first next time I am in the market for another!

I just wanted to thank my great salesperson, Paolo Castro, in helping me find my new MB  E Cabriolet.  The one I wanted was difficult to locate, and I thought we wouldn't be able to find one at all.  Paolo was incredibly perseverant and actually found two options for me.  It was a lot of work, and it was exactly what I wanted.  He was totally great to deal with during the whole process.  This is my fifth car at MB of Boston and the best sales experience yet.  Also want to give a shout out to Kris in Finance who is always awesome to work with.  Great overall experience.

I worked with Steve Leung and he has been fantastic to communicate with.  He is patient and thorough and gave us time to make the right decisions.  He worked with us through the entire process and answered all of our questions.  The manager was accessible and easy to work with too.  And last but least, we love our new car!  Highly recommended!

I bought my first car ever here and my experience was fantastic. I was introduced to my salesman Rob Tinkham. He is really polite and professional. He was really patient when I kept changing my mind about which car to get. I didn't know anything about owning a car before, but he was really helpful and told me everything I had to do for insurance, registration and stuff. The guy that helped me with the window tinting and stuff was also really helpful. I did not feel like I was forced to buy anything I don't need. Fred walked me through everything about the car on the day I picked it up. He came well prepared and went into details about different functions. He also has a great sense of humor, which makes the process more enjoyable. Overall, my experience here was great, everyone was really friendly, helpful, and honest. I am really enjoying my C300 W4 now! Thank you so much!

My family and I have purchased several vehicles from this location over the years. The service here is unmatched.  On sales and service, it feels like they're rolling out the red carpet every time! People are always so friendly and helpful. Car shopping isn't always the most pleasant experience, but I've enjoyed every experience here and won't go anywhere else!
