Kelly Jeep took very good care of me when I was in a tough situation, being significantly under water on my current car. I worked with Chris Popp after being referred to him through a friend. Chris is extremely hard working, he knew every last detail about the Jeep I wanted and helped me to get into it with the most incentive possible. Thanks for making the effort and getting me into a sweet new ride!

I purchased a Jeep from this business during the President's Day Sale. Overall, I would say that I got a reasonably good deal for the price of the vehicle, due to the manufacturing incentive of $4000 off. However, there were a few things that annoyed me about the sale, such as the sneaky tactics used by the otherwise friendly and patient salesmen. First, the salesmen would not honor the quote that I had previously been given (two days prior). Second, they used a 200% markup on "anti-theft" locks, which was why they wouldn't honor the online quote. Strangely, these locks are not accounted for anywhere on the paperwork. Third, the person that drove my new vehicle to me somehow added an additional 40 odd miles to a 58 mile route. Fourth, the last salesman that I dealt with insisted that I was getting such a deal on the warranty when in fact the price I paid is actually the going price of the warranty. Lastly, the bank that these salesmen insisted was such a great bank (to use for financing) is one of the slowest, most disorganized, and contradictory financial businesses that I have ever dealt with. I cannot wait to refinance my loan in a year or so. On a positive note, I can say that I learned a lot for when I purchase my next vehicle in the future. I do not usually post reviews, but I have a problem with people (especially salesmen) that will not just be straightforward.

I can’t rave enough about the ultimate customer service I received at Kelly Jeep. From the minute I walked in the showroom the welcoming staff was friendly, knowledgeable,
patient and encouraging that they could work with me and put me into a vehicle which not only met my wish list but fit my budget. I traded in my 2009 Wrangler unlimited and can’t wait to start driving my sporty new 2018 model and flashing the “Jeep” wave! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield Rocks!

I never thought buying a car would be as easy as it was with Kelly Jeep Chrysler. The price was fair right off the bat so there was no need to haggle. I was treated very respectfully and the staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. I had Pablo as my salesperson and he was easy to deal with and didn't give off that typical sleazy salesman feel. I would definitely recommend going here if you want an easy, fair car buying experience.

Friendly from start to finish. Most often it’s very stressful purchasing a car, and finding one you love that also fits in your budget. Not to mention the stigma being a female and shopping for a car you get extra stress and little respect. Not with this dealership. From on the phone to in person service was nothing short of amazing and professional. Chad was super friendly, understanding, and patient with me. The time spent in the dealership was smooth and i wasn’t there for long unnecessary hours. The price of the vehicles listed are the best rates, and no matter what my million questions were they were answered with kindness and proficient responses. Super professional and would reccomend them for sure.
