Great service! Jim Islami assisted me and he was very efficient. I needed a new windshield wiper and he gave me two new windshield wipers for the price of one! He also quickly installed them. I was in and out within 10 minutes!

From the minute I first made contact with Colonial Nissan, I could tell their customer service was above and beyond that of other dealerships.  I first interacted with Mike via email to discuss the car I was interested in buying.  He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions via email, and helped me arrange a test drive a few days later.  
When I arrived, I met Mike in person and was connected with Roy as a salesperson.  Again, Roy knew what he was talking about and took me over to the "B lot" to see the car I wanted.  He indulged me as I went back and forth looking at two nearly identical cars and asked plenty of "what does this do?" questions.  Back at the dealership, Roy and Dennis worked hard to get me a price I was happy with and made it clear they wanted to work with me.  When we finally agreed on a price, Matthew in the Finance Department talked me through every step of the financing process and explained all of my options to me clearly.  I had a lot of questions, and they were all answered knowledgeably and professionally.  
When I went back two days later to pick up the car, Roy walked me through all parts of the car and sat with me in the car as I tried every feature and pressed every button.  I left feeling I knew the car as well as I could and had someone I could call later if I had any more questions.  I can't say enough good things about Mike, Roy, Dennis, Matthew, and the entire Colonial Nissan dealership.  I would definitely return again, and would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends!

Leased a 2017 Nissan Rogue. Fantastic experience all the way through. Ask for Michael Simon, he really goes above and beyond for his customers! Looking forward to continued business.

Ask for Sales Rep Clark and Manager Dennis 

This is my 2nd lease with Nissan. Clark called in February because the lease on my Sentra was ending soon. Within hours of that phonecall I got the keys to my new car. My first experience with Nissan was good. But this one was better thanks to Clark and the sales Manager Dennis. They were super friendly , upbeat, and personable . They made the process of re-leasing a new car quick/easy. Was a great experience.
