Got my mdx from here today. Mike, anthony, and sunny helped the entire process. They were pretty helpful through out the process. I walked in, stayed less than an hour, traded in my old car, and will go to pick up my car in 2 days. The only reason I cannot get the car on Sunday is because they don't have mechanic guy there. Like these guys, straight and made things easy.

My husband and I went into this dealership three different times expecting a different experience each time but to no avail. Each time, no one approached us to see if we needed help or even acknowledged our presence in the least bit. Very unprofessional, unattentive, and unresponsive. Much better experience with the Rallye Acura dealership! The Valley Stream one is the WORST experience we've ever had shopping for a car and we will never return.

This service center is the worst service center! I came here to service my TL and I was highly disappointed. The waiting area has a filthy rug along with the old bagels that are completely exposed. The refreshment area has a dirty refrigerator and there's not many options while your waiting for your car to be serviced. The employees are not really friendly and they don't great you when you enter the building. I'll stick to Acura paragon from now on.

I was thoroughly pleased with my leasing experience and am telling everyone I know to go see Jeff C. at Acura of VS. As strange as this may sound for people who buy/lease cars often..., he was honest. I know some of you think that's an oxymoron in the car selling business, but he represents the brand with class and integrity and is an asset to Acura. Give him a shot....go name your price and if he can do it, he will tell you. If he can't do it, he will tell you as well. Without playing mind games, haggling or wasting your time. I appreciated that after a long day of work.

This time around, the conditions were right for a great deal on the TLX and he took care of me....I will need a car again in 3 years, and while I can't guarantee that conditions will be right again the next time around, I sure as heck will try him first anyway to see what he can do. Like I told Bianca...what ever Jeff is earning, it's not enough! Good job Jeff (and I like the car too :-)
