This business has the worst professionalism i have ever seen. The way the supervisor "Dino" speaks to his employees is appalling. Never in my life have I seen someone that disrespectful. How dare you call yourself a supervisor when you have such a lack of respect. Just sight of that made me walk out the store. Customers beware. If he treats his employees like that, there is no way he will respect the customer.

Be aware of price you see online, they said it is only the finance portion of total amount, which means you will have to pay additional down payment(For me it is about another $2,500)...They said it is for competition with other dealer, I will said it is waste of time for both intention buyer and salesman. Buyer go to your store because the price is in their budget, if it's not then they just walk away. SHOW THE REAL PRICE ONLINE! It's much better than thousand dollars mark up at negotiation phase.

I don't want to write with 1 star this because my initial experience was very positive. Last year, I purchased a used 2015 VWJetta from a really nice salesman. It was a smooth, genuine transaction and he was informative on how I should care for the car. I only needed 2 oil changes based on my mileage with my vehicle. Both times I went in to South Shore and I happened to deal with the same service member. The first time he was rude but I brushed it off because he met my basic needs for the car going in. I just needed 1 complimentary oil change. Boom. Done. The second time I went in, I needed an oil change, inspection, and I wanted to fix a button on the steering wheel that had been broken since I bought the car last year. I walked in to their office with my sister and another staff member offered us a seat next to the guy again. He didn't look up from his computer or say anything for a few seconds so I told him what I was in for. He told me the oil change would be complimentary, inspection would be $35 and I would pay $135 for a wheel diagnostic. He looked away from his computer, smirked and then went back to looking at his computer. His coworkers seemed uncomfortable and commented asking him if he's having a rough morning or something. He responded and said he was up with his wife/SO. I ignored how unprofessional he was being to just get what I needed for my car. I tried to ask if the charges are applied if I'm within the terms of my warranty but he dismissed my question about the warranty and just repeated the $135 quote. He then said "wait downstairs. I'll call you when its ready." I realized I could not stay, so I came back in the office to make sure they had my cell phone on file. I knew the one on file was incorrect. I went back in and the gentleman was on the phone. I waited on the side next to his desk. His co-worker came in and did the same because he needed to speak to him, too. He excused himself from his phone call to address his coworker, and again it seemed like he was deliberately ignoring me. I said "excuse me, I just wanted to make sure the number you have on file is correct. I can't wait downstairs like you asked." He didn't say anything and stared at his computer. At this point it was more awkward because more customers were in the office talking to the other service members. They could see me waiting to speak to him, try to get his attention and get completely ignored. The silence was so awkward after I asked my question, the woman behind me on line asked why I didn't just write my number on a sticky note with a message to call me. She looked afraid of him. I made eye contact with a few people who heard me and still he didn't turn around, look at me or say anything. I said out loud that it seemed that he was ignoring me and being rude since I came in. I didn't want to create tension or even spend this energy writing a review, but I've never been disrespected by a customer service rep in this way. He made minimum effort to talk with me at all and ignored my questions. I tried being extra polite to have him update my phone number when I came back in the office so I would know when to come back for my car. It wasn't until I announced to the office he was being rude that he completely turned around. He had a completely different tone when my vehicle was ready and even tried making small talk when I came back. It just seemed like he was trying to make sure I wouldn't complain. The sad part to me is that we were 2 of 3 black people in an office full of people and he very visibly ignored my existence and smirked at charging me additional fees. I can't say I've ever experienced a black salesperson try to embarrass me with the cost of a service. I'm writing this without his name in the hopes that he'll read this and just do better. I really hope his judgement wasn't racialized, but if it was I just hope he learns to love himself and not be intentionally rude to his black female clients.

From the first phone call with Stephanie to my last congrats handshake with Dan Faynblut, it was all about me leaving with a vehicle. Honest, respectable and kept me informed every step of the way. My new car dealer no need to go anywhere else. Remember the name. Thank you to all the staff at South Shore Hyundai.

First I would like to commend the sales person Falysha for her professionalism with me as a new customer to the Hyundai dealership. I was looking for an SUV that had all the features that my previous SUV had. I also test drove that model and was sold on it. She was able to find that vehicle for me prior to me leaving to go back south. There was a little hiccup in getting my license plate mailed to me here in Florida. However, she finally got it to me just before the in-transit tag expired. I would recommend this dealership.
