I wish I could give this establishment a 0.5. The worst customer service. After the sales rep was asked to help my family and I, he gave us the once over and passed us off to someone else. When he was asked why we were being passed off, he couldn't articulate a reason why.  Blame it on youth, laziness, or worse, but we took our green dollars and purchased a Honda at another dealership the same day. Don't settle for mediocre service when you are the consumer. Take your money elsewhere.

The best experience I've had at any dealership. I was lucky to work with Ada and Carol who were very kind, patient and knowledgable about what was best for me!! I truly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. :)

Very pleasant experience purchasing a car at this dealership today.  The car was prep properly an there was no sales pressure.  Ask for Ingrid - very nice and professional salesperson.

I went to Honda valley stream with my husband and was acknowledge a few minuets after entering. I was really ready to lease a car that same day. But as I sat down and spoke with the woman who help us, I felt like I wasn't making the right choice. She made me feel as if I HAD to buy something and I was just another sale. She also laughed at the fact that it was both me and my husbands first car. We just bought a house and I felt like that was very rude and unprofessional for her to laugh at us not having a car before hand. She should have said something like Honda is great choice for a first car instead of assuming. Then the manager came out who asked me and my husband if we were related or family which was also very rude. In the end I didn't really feel as if a was doing the right thing. The staff needs better training on being professional.
