The staff at this location were friendly and the waiting room was a nice touch, but we came into service our TL for an oil change and a NYS inspection... We waited for around 2 and a half hours, which is unacceptable... To give them credit, their inspection machine was not running and they brought our car back and forth from Honda, but we were still very unhappy having to wait for so long.

This place has a Accelerated service and it sucks. For a oil change and tire rotation, it takes more than two hours. This Happens all the time. It suppose to take 30 minutes with no wash to do these things.

First time and will come back again...definitely agree with all the other reviews - Courtney is amazing (A+ in Customer Service). What I like the best is that there is no hassle of getting the job done - hey it's Acura everything is pricey. But they are considerate and take there time to explain the problem, the parts and how much,  the whole job being done and how it could benefit it you. You do not get that anywhere else believe, been in other places that on top of you spending $$$ - the service is horrible and they treat you like highway trash.
