My experience with Starr Imports was outstanding! Doc Rivers was very professional and went above the call of duty to ensure my requests were satisfied. Although the car I wanted was not in stock, he got the car I desired in a timely manner. Doc Rivers also secured financing quickly and with a smooth process. I highly recommend Starr Imports for your next vehicle purchase.

I've referred a few special friends to STARR IMPORTS and they have had a very effective experience. The folks there educate, inform and advise customers very well. Kudos!!!

I had a pleasant experience here at Starr Imports. I brought a Mercedes benz ML350 which i love!!!  The sales people treated me like family and walked me through the whole process. I have good credit and I was prepared with everything i needed to get in and out in a timely matter. They made sure my car was safety inspected before I left the lot and made sure everything I wished for in a car was provided. I would definetly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

The owner of this business "Doc" Rivers is a shady individual. He is a terrible salesman. This business is not BBB accredited which tells you right there they are SHADY. I purchased my car from this place February 2017, and it took ME four months just to get my car registered as well as receiving my tags. Of course when I got pulled over and was told my vehicle nor my tags were in the system, I immediately went back to the dealer the next day and told Doc what happened. Did he make this situation a priority? No! No he didn't. He fed me lies and more lies and constantly put blame on the "third party" instead of owning up to his faults. Not to mention, it takes an exceptionally long period of time just to get minor things fixed such as braked and rotors. Remember, I purchased my car in February and between February - April I was driving his many different "rental" cars. The biggest issue I have with him right now is him stealing money. I have YET to receive a new warranty. It's been 5 months and the warranty company as well as myself are still waiting on his payment. Instead of being honest, he screens my calls and voids talking to me at all cost. The day I purchased my car, I thought was the greatest day of my life and Doc told me to write a good review. But after all of the stress, headaches abs inconvenience he's costed me, to hell with this place. I don't recommend NOBODY to purchase a vehicle from him. I'm even ashamed to tell people where I got my car from. Take this as a warning and DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM STARR IMPORTS (Adel Motors). It's unprofessional and the worst experience I've ever had with purchasing a car. The absolute worst.

With them Being an used car dealership I love their  boutique  experience ,  customer service ... They are truly head of the game ... They provide such a classic way of service to (US) as  consumers ... I will  recommend anyone in the DMV or world wide to  patronize this  dealership 🏌🏿
