Nana Prempeh is the BEST Sales Associate we've ever encountered. He is trustworthy and honest. I doubt that anyone else would have provided this level of service. Nana doesn't come off like a hard salesman who's thirst for sales. Nana operates in 100% integrity and his sole objective is to guide his customers to not only the vehicle they desire, but also the vehicle that's best for them. We appreciate this great man and we will be seeing him again, as well as referring others to him. May God bless him abundantly!

You don't purchase seven different cars from the same dealership if you are not 100% satisfied. The reason I keep coming back is because of two people Jay Klein, and Dave Comfort... the staff that they have put together make you feel welcome and informed. Believe me Daniel Rose who sold me my last car couldn't have been more patient and made sure I had the perfect car for me.  I've never walked out of Passport where I didn't feel pleased. I don't care where you live visit Passport BMW, it's worth the drive.

My experience at Passport to purchase my new BMW 430i was amazing.  The staff at Passport went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable buying experience from start to finish. Tony and Nana were fabulous to work with-  They were both kind, courteous, accommodating, and attentive.  My experience with "genius" Dave was also great.  I’m so glad I found Passport- I will be definitely be purchasing more cars from them in the future.

Just purchased my second BMW from Passport.  These guys are great.  Great prices, great service.  Highly recommend them.  If you stop in ask for Aarion Browne.   He was terrific, and went beyond the call in getting me into my new vehicle.

I bought a 2018 M3 BMW from passport, custom ordered and could not be happier.  Not only is the car GREAT the experience at Passport was absolutely the BEST!  I worked primarily with Ian Lawyer who is knowledgeable and responsive while adding absolutely no pressure to the transaction.  The price I got was the cheapest compared to other BMW dealers in the DC/VA/MD area.  I would not hesitate to go to Passport if you are looking for a BMW.  I highly recommend Ian Lawyer and the rest of his team.  Easy stress-less transaction, even the finance department was easy and did not try to sell me on a lot of extended warranties, lo jack, carper protection, etc.  Again, I could not be happier!  Thanks Passport!
