I recently took my wife's car in for service. I noticed a big difference in the service level. The staff appear more professional and seem to understand the value of customer service. They seem to actually care! I noticed a new service manager. He was attentive and made a point to speak with every customer in the wait area. The Customer wait area had 14 people sitting there at one point. While the dealership offer free coffee, the coffee bar area was not clean and the seating was not comfortable. The service advisory's were much more attentive and actually took the time to explain to customers what was going on with there cars. I came in for a VIP Oil  Change, arrived at 8:30 and left at 12:30..... an oil change should take no more then an hour...Customer's should not have to wait 4 hours for a oil change... It appears the front side of the business is getting  some attention... now they need to work on the back side or the maintenance side of the business. I see some improvement, however Sheehy has a long way to go for me to purchase another vehicle from them......

The customer service was great! The staff were welcoming, friendly and eager to help the customers. When I tell you they really worked with me, I mean they REALLY worked with me and my budget to get my desire of having low payments with a relatively new car. I'm loving my car and it's been treating me well. Thanks, Sheehy!

My recent visit to Sheehy Ford of Marlow Heights was one of the most comfortable experiences I've had a the dealership in recent years. The customer service was great !! I was treated with respect and it appeared that my service person really cared that my experience was as smooth as possible. Unfortunately I can't remember her name.

My Right front window motor and regulator  needed  to be replace service tec quoted $300  not including tax I thought it was a great price So I authorized the repair. Next day they called said it's ready I ask what was the total they said $ 480 I felt like I just got robbed .I spoke to a young lady Tiffany Livers  explained my situation She spoke to her manager who I never spoke to witch is a good sign he corrected the amount with no hassle   that's the kind of teamwork you hope for with any business you use .It's the kind of service that makes you come back knowing that your car's in good hand  and your wallet to.

Had several hard inquiries added to my credit report after I was told that that wouldn't happen.Made promises that were not kept. Feel like I was told any and everything to get me to commit to purchase than everything went downhill. This was my second purchase from them but will be my last.Brite spot was Emily in finance department she was great to work with!
