Wait time was a little long but that could of been because it's a Sunday. I was able to test drive 2 vehicles and employee who was helping me while he moved a bit slow, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to the best of his ability. The whole team was nice, polite and professional. And I look forward to doing business with them.

First, I witnessed what happened with the commenter Vanessa below, and she is 100% right about what happened with her car and the lack of service she received. I was there that morning picking up my car, which had been with DARCARS for 10 days at that point, as I left it with them to do a number of repairs while I was on an international vacation. Troy DeMarino was my service rep, and he was useless. They were supposed to fix my car radio, which had stopped working the prior Saturday, perform the wheel chock recall repairs, provide an estimate for my trunk latch to be fixed, and do an oil change. My appointment was for Monday, January 30, but I received no email update from Troy until Thursday, February 1, *after* I reached out for an update first. He informed me via email that my radio wasn't covered by the warranty due to them finding a sticky substance on one of the buttons, and that it would cost $700 to order the part and replace it. He also gave me an estimate around $150 for the trunk latch repair. I told him to hold on the radio because I believed it was still covered under the warranty, but to fix the trunk latch, and that I would be picking up my car by 8:30 am on Monday, February 5. I received no response or acknowledgment from Troy. Come Monday, not only was my car not ready for me, none of the trunk repairs had been completed, nor was the oil change done. Troy told me they found additional damage from a prior accident within my bumper and took pictures, but did not provide an estimate for what it would be to fix that AND the trunk latch. So they essentially took my car apart to not tell me how much those repairs would be. I was furious, and Troy tried to offer me a free oil change, which then indicated to me that they hadn't done that either! I took my car to the Ourisman Dodge in Alexandria, where they informed me that my radio did need to be replaced, but that it WAS in fact covered by the warranty. They also found no evidence in the system that the wheel chocks were replaced, even though Troy said that had been done. They have my car now, and they are also doing an estimate for the bumper damage while they replace the radio and do the oil change. Moral of the story - DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They will definitely try to rip you off, especially if you're a woman! I have already filed a BBB complaint against them and am calling Dodge corporate office as well, because they shouldn't be lying to customers about performing manufacturer-issued safety recalls. Both DARCARS and Dodge would be liable if my wheel chocks failed after not performing a service they told me they performed. These folks should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

I am absolutely furious with the "service" I received today. I made an appointment for a routine service this morning. My appointment was for 7 am. At 8:50, the man that signed me in told me that no work had been done to my vehicle because they needed to order the part. First of all, the part should've been ordered when I booked the appointment. Secondly, I told the person I scheduled the appointment with, the same man that signed me in, that I had to work at 9 am, but could be a little late if need be. I can not believe i was there for 2 hours and absolutely nothing got done. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was pretty much told that the guy messed up and should've communicated better. Well, duh. But I wasn't offered anything for my wasted time, and to top it off I was told that I needed to come back another day to have additional services done. As if I would return to such a poorly managed service provider. If there sales personnel are as incompetent as the service division, avoid the headache and shop elsewhere. There are too many reputable dealers in this area to deal with such BS.

I bought a car after searching for 3 months. I met Kevin Price on day 1 after stopping by several other dealers. To be frank, he didn't BS. I knew then he was the person I wanted to buy my car from. When I finally found the car I wanted online I went back to see him. I couldn't negotiate the price on that particular car to meet my budget so he looked around and found the perfect match. I picked my car up the next day. In and out. What more could a girl ask for? 😁

Worse service ever! I took my Jeep here to find out what was going on with it and even though I was the only person in the waiting room I had to wait for someone to finish a personal call before acknowledging me. Then once I started talking about my problem I was told I needed an appointment which is something I've never encountered before. Usually with my Acura we take it up and drop it off if there are problems big or small. I was dismissed after that and when I asked if he could check other places he acted as if he was doing me a favor in checking ONE other place! I was disheartened. I calmed enough to check around further away from my house and another Jeep dealership stepped up, apologized for the deplorable first impression from this Jeep dealer and did a 5 star job with my truck. Never will I step foot in this place again.
