I recently purchased a vehicle from Passport Toyota and my experience was excellent. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and was unsure what to expect. The staff made me feel at ease and explained to me what was happening as I went through the process. They ensured that everything went smoothly and that could drive away the vehicle in  the color and with the options that I requested on the same day.

I would definitely recommend to a family/friends.

Poor service.  We purchased a new car here, and it came with Toyota's complimentry 2 year / 25,000 mile service package.  We brought the car in for the 5,000 mile service.  This is simply a floor mat inspection and tire rotation.  We also asked them to take a look at one tire, as the tread was coming off.  We were told by Lisa it would take 1.5 - 2 hours. At 1.5 hours, we were told the tire was within limits and they would rotate the tires.  At 2.5 hours we checked on the status, and were told it would be another hour.  After 4 hours, the car was pulled up, and the tires were in the same position (as indicated by the damaged tire being in the same location).  We complained to the manager Chris, who first accused us of marking tires until he saw the tread damage.  He then offered to "take care of the tire."  We were already so late for work, we couldn't wait any longer.  

Against our better judgment, we went back for our free 10,000 mile service.  Same as the 5,000 mile, but with an oil change.  Again, we were told by Brenda and Ashley it would take 1.5 to 2 hours.  About 1.5 hours into the ordeal we were told we need all four tires balance (likely because they weren't rotated at 5,000), and the would be $69.99.  It was as if we were watching the same movie.  Multiple false time estimates, and only saw the car 3.5 hours later after complaining to Chris.

Manager Chris is relatively decent, and is trying his best.  However, he is in a constant state of "clean-up," as his schedulers, maintenance mangers, and maintainers provide poor estimates, customer service, and maintenance.  

I have 2 -3 additional free service intervals that I will happily pay someone else to perform.  The complimentary service package isn't worth it at Passport Toyota.

I've purchased several Toyotas from Passport. Their reputation, service, professionalism and delivery has made me a repeat customer time and time again. They offer a quality product that speaks for itself. A truly satisfied  customer.

As always I receive great service from Passport Toyota. In the past four years, I have purchased my vehicles from this dealership.  Every visit have been fantastic.  Thank you for the tremendous service!

Update: Went back for a trade in. New management, new finance people Not a great experience. Don't get taken.

The facilities were clean and comfortable. The sales rep we worked with, Syd Husain, was obviously a very experienced sales person. And the General Manager Hermann Cuadros was easy going and great to talk to.
