I recently bought a CX-5 through Passport Mazda, and the service provided to me there was incredible. Not only were they willing to stay until 11pm to help me get the SUV that I needed, they were willing to go above and beyond with all of the questions about finance, the car, and everything else. Our salesman, Mark, was so friendly, and wanted nothing but to help us get into the car we wanted. Him, as well as the team at Passport Mazda, has earned our business from here on out, and I look forward to getting my fiancé into a Mazda 6 as soon as I can.

It seems that in today's time, poor customer service is the norm, and quality customer service is the exception. Well, Passport Mazda is an amazing exception, as we always receive GREAT service when we go there to get our vehicle serviced. Today I went in just to get a car wash (VIP Program), and I was greeted as soon as I walked in, taken care of immediately, rested in their very clean and comfortable lounge, and I was out within 10-15 minutes! As I was leaving, one of the employees, Richard Lewis, saw me out to my car and told me to have a great day. No one asked me to write this review, but I have to give credit to those who take pride in what they do and represent their company well.

It feels like family whenever I go. Mr. Anthony is an excellent manager there. I've also have seen growth in Mr. Richard in the service department. Ms. Pat and Ms. Brenda were angels. Beautiful spirits. Keep up the great job everyone and be blessed!

I came with my daughter because she was car shopping. We got here and walked around for about 5-10 minutes. No one walked out to help us. Every dealership I've been to as soon as we park someone is walking out to offer help. We even walked down to passport nissan and the same thing. We came back to the Mazda dealership and walked around for about 7 minutes. Finally someone came out to greet us. She was friendly but when we said we hadn't decided on which car, she left and said she would be inside. How helpful she was -___- , I do NOT recommend this place. Poor customer service!

Juli is the best. She always greats me with a smile and is very knowledgeable about any issues I may have concerning my vehicle.
