My suv broke down on my birthday vacation.  These guys worked on my alternator and my compressor.  They went above and beyond.  They quoted me fair prices and worked quickly to get me back on the road so i could leave town by the end of the week. I will highly recommend this place to my friends and fam in LC. Thanks guys! I dropped my car off on a Friday and informed the mechanic (Rigo) that my car was not shifting into high gear, that it shifted from 1st to 2nd then would not shift into 3rd, I asked how much it would be to check out the transmission, i was quoted a price of $80 - $90 which I was okay with.  On Tuesday I called to check on my car they said that i was next to get worked on. On Friday i get a call that they had checked out my car and that it was not shifting because the fluid was low, that the transmission pan gasket was no good and that is why the fluid was leaking. I gave the okay to change out the fluid and filter and replace the gasket, they then said that the car was overheating, i informed the mechanic that the water pump, thermostat and radiator had just been replaced and asked if they were sure it was overheating, the mechanic then said that it was not overheating a lot just slightly, that it was like 3/4, I informed him that it was just water in the radiator and that maybe that accounted for the 'slightly' overheating, i gave the okay to flush the radiator and replace with coolant, now the mechanic informed me that the radiator cap was broken, they replaced it. it all came out to $440, which i paid. I took the car home and found that the transmission was still not shifting into higher than 2nd gear. Since the shop is not open on the weekends I called on Monday, i informed the mechanic that it still was not shifting, I also asked if the transmission was checked out, he said "since they saw that the fluid was low, the transmission was not checked out" they just cleaned out the pan and refilled the transmission fluid. The mechanic said to bring the car in, but then about 10-15 minutes later I get a call saying that they found a salvage transmission for $750 and that together with the fluids and the labor to swap it out it would cost me $1500.14.  So after paying $440 my car is parked until i can save up some money to take it to a more honest and reliable mechanic. This location is not very honest, not very dependable, and I give one star because I cannot post review with the deserving '0' stars, I will never again take my vehicle to this shop.

My truck 04 Chevy HD Diesel kept turning off on me, after taking it every where and my truck keep turning off...I was very pleased to find Advanced Automotive​ LLC. Very professional and knowledgeable!!!! My truck has run like new ever since!!! Thank you!!!! From the Baca family!!!!!
