I'm very sorry to have write this review.  I would advise anyone needing appliance service from this company to check their customer service record.  Five weeks ago our dishwasher stopped working, the warranty company has contracted Seneca Electronics to do the repair.  Seneca Electreonic ordered the parts which they thought they needed, they did not check the dishwasher, before they ordered parts. They only ordered the parts they thought were needed.  One part came in and then they waited two weeks on the second part they thought they ordered.  Finally after numerous phone calls to them and the warranty company they realized that the second part had not been shipped.  If I had of not been persistent,  I have no idea when they would of checked on the second part.  They reordered the second part and they received it in three or four days.  After they received the part they delayed another three or four days before they called to set a service appointment for a  whole week later.  After complaining that this  was unacceptable, I told them that I was considering writing a review.  This morning they called to say that they were canceling the service, because I threatened to write a review of poor service. 

They also failed to answer their phone calls.  I left messages trying to find out what was happening and they never responded.  UPS had to try three times to deliver the parts, the first two times the office was closed during work hours and nobody was there to receive the parts. The first two attempts to deliver were made at 11:15 am, and finally on the third attempt the delivery was successful.  Their concern for the customer seems to be very poor or non-exsistent.

Verla Unruh You might want to look at which company you are giving a bad review to because Advance Electronics does not work on appliances, they work on Computers and networks. I thank you meant to write a review for Advanced Electrical Supply in Seneca.
