Going out of business and no wonder. They are offering 30% off on washers which sounded good. However that put them around $50 cheaper than other store but they are only doing deliveries until the 28th of this month. We started to say we were avail on Thursday the 27th just to be informed they don't do Thursday either then they wanted to put in $130 deliver fee.... What! they other places where offering free delivery..

they need to go much cheaper if they want to sell off their stock.

I purchased dishwasher from hhgregg last year and just purchased an electric dryer a few weeks ago.  Apparently I had forgotten the "hook up" charge I had to pay for the dishwasher...or maybe it seemed legit.  But I was charged again -- $59.99 -- to "hook up" my dryer which consisted of PLUGGING IT IN.  I don't even vent to the outside because it is in the basement.  This is simply a hidden fee that you don't see until you are at the register paying.  If you purchase from hhgregg -- and I will NOT again -- you need to factor on an additional $60 that isn't included in your purchase price.  That is where they get you.  It is deceitful and dishonest.  When I called to ask for details, nobody could explain except to say that the cord is not included with the dryer.  Seriously?  I am purchasing an ELECTRIC appliance and have to pay for the cord?  Buyer beware....

Iv had a lot of experience with hhgregg and it seems that every time I let the small price break overtake my better judgement. After receiving several damaged pieces from HHGREGG I should have known how my experiences would turn out. Do not buy from HHGREGG!! The delivery team had no general knowledge of what they were doing. (They actually told me they never received training on how to assemble the furniture I payed thousands of dollars for) it was done incorrectly, and the salesman ( run and hide from this guy) told me I would have to contact the manufacture about my problem.  WTH!   After several thousands for cheap furniture that wobbled like something out of an old mountain shack I decided to cut my loses and go to *Jeff Lynch*.  What a great idea!!  #NOMOREDENTS #poorquality #neveragain

Filthy bathrooms. Tom, an older gentleman that was on his way out, stopped to help us when we first arrived, but other than that, nobody gave a damn, nor did they seem to care about not assisting. They will not receive any business from my family nor myself. Save your time and money!
