I first went to hhgregg for a washer and dryer. The service was fantastic. Chris was the best sales rep . Went and told everybody about him and the Anderson store. Went back to purchase my kitchen appliances through Chris and found out the store was Closing. Big disappointment.  It is a shame that the business was closing. You will not find better people especially like Chris in any other business. Wish all the employees of HH GREGG in Anderson the best.

My wife and I recently purchased a washer dryer combo from here. She did the research and checked the reviews to find the one she wanted. When we went to purchase it they told us it would be 10 days until delivery. That was expected, no big deal. We put our old set up for sale and it sold a day before the new set was supposed to be here. When we didn't get a call or an email from them on the delivery date we visited the store (only because the employee on the acted like I was speaking Chinese, so he was no help) to find out that our delivery date has been pushed back by 20 DAYS! He offered absolutely no solutions to the problem so I left and called a manager. He told me that he would try and find something comparable to our purchase which is not what I wanted but whatever. I needed a washer and dryer. I am sitting at a laundry mat typing this so believe me when I say if I could give this store less than 1 star I would. It's really frustrating to have spend close to $2000 on a washer and dryer that I cannot use. Thank you HHGregg!

The are going out of business. Probably because most of their products didn't last long or were sold as defective products. Everything I ever purchased from here never lasted long. Glad to see they are closing down.

My experience with hhgregg has completely been ruined by this store and more specifically the general manager(CM).  I had made a purchase, had my credit card run, and walked out the door. I was waiting on my TV to be loaded when the sales rep came out and told me there was an error on there was a processing error in the computer.  I came back in to speak with the general manager who told me my order had been cancelled because the computer made a mistake.  He then walked away to let the sales rep finish the "sale" even thought it had already been completed.  The computer error was not my fault and I felt the store should have honored the order since I had the receipt and payment was processed.  When I asked to speak with the general manager again he became completely unprofessional and told me I could pay much more for their computer error basically or go elsewhere.  He was not even willing to split the difference or wave the installation fee for a TV mount.  Considering I was spending between $3-4K in their store I felt they had no interest in my business and did not even try to keep me as a customer.  So, I went to Best Buy, which was way more friendly and I actually ended up getting a better deal that I was going to at hhgregg.  You would think a store(hhgregg) whose sales people work on commission would be more friendly and helpful, but this was not the case.  It has now been over 2 and a half weeks since I have gone to hhgregg and I still have not been refunded all of my money from the order they cancelled without my approval.  I have talked to the store and their customer service people multiple times and I get the same response.  The money should be in your account in the next few days, which has not happened! I had made the purchase on a credit card and its ridiculous I was not refunded within 7 days at a maximum!  Be careful if you go to this hhgregg or any other!  I will never make another purchase from this company!
