EVERY employee in the store on July 5, 2017 was friendly, EXTREMELY helpful, and so incredibly generous... seeing as how we were there because we blew out a tire right in front the store, not only did they allow us to stay in the parking until about new tire came, we were offered to stay inside in the air conditioning (100° outside and I'm 7 months pregnant), brought us water and constantly came by to make sure we were ok and comfortable!!! Bonus, my mother-in-law was shown around the store and ended up getting a beautiful set of living room furniture for an AMAZING DEAL!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your kindness, it was definitely genuine and much appreciated!!!

I reached out to the store today and spoke to someone about my account. I am coming out of financial hardship and advised that I would be paying September and October's payment on the 20th of October. Whomever I spoke with declined my offer to MAKE PAYMENT and basically said that I should never have reached out to corporate about how they illegally attempted to charge my debit card which they said that they don't keep on file for payment. As I knew they would they stated that the account manager placed a note on my file saying that I agreed for Easy Pay automatic payments. Which I would never do with ANY BILL. This is unacceptable behavior for a company to deny any type of payment and would rather waste workforce hours to send employees out to pick up items that I'm saying that Im willing to pay for. I can see now that Aarons doesn't mind leaving their struggling customers to sleep on the floor.

I called 10 minutes before I went to the store and asked if they had an item and was told yes. I got there and I was told that they had one earlier that day but had already sold it. The guy said that he could order it for me but I would have to pay for them ordering it.
