Story

We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

Conn's is a great option to look at when you want to find solid deals on furniture and appliances. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

Had a great experience at Conn's Home Plus in Greenville, SC. Our salesperson, Carl Byrd was very helpful. Went above and beyond what I expected as a salesperson. Helped me pick out a great TV for my son. So friendly! Y'all are lucky to have to have such a great employee! Thank you Carl!

Their prices are cheaper than Amazon! The staff is nice and the store is clean and lots of stuff to look at. They have a nice selection of products they sell. We had a great experience.

Here's one for you! My wife and I have purchased a washer and dryer, living room suit, two big screen TV's and most recently a stove and fridge. Not all at once but in that order over a long period of time. Not long after we purchased the stove and fridge, my wife's lost her job due to it going out of business without warning. ONE week before her second payment we called and explained our financial hardship with her losing work and asked for assistance in making the payment until we could get her back to work and financially on track again. She had found new work but would not be paid for several weeks. CONN'S REFUSED TO HELP US!!! We were trying to be proactive! We had already bought and paid off several accounts prior, EARLY, I might add. But did that loyalty get me any help? NOPE! Instead they said there was nothing they could do UNTIL it was PAST DUE!!! In other words no way to be proactive and prevent late fees and dinging your credit. NO! When you are late and we can charge the late fee THEN we will do something to help! EVERY other bill I called to ask for help was quick to extend a payment or make payment arrangements! WITHOUT EVER CHARGING ME A LATE FEE!!! And for GOD'S SAKE don't ever open a GE account with them!! It's Synchrony Bank and believe it or not... THEY ARE WORSE THAN CONN'S!! I will never buy anything else from Conn's! Looks like they won't be around long with the reviews I'm reading anyway!

I'm giving this 2 stars because the sales team in the store are attentive, knowledgeable, and polite. My husband and I bought a washer and dryer a year ago. Everything started great, but they will hound you and harass you when payment is due. You can pay 2+ days before your bill is due and they will call and send notices if CONNS Billing doesn't post it on time. Have you paid for the job loss benefit? Yeah, that's useless. They don't help you. My husband lost his job unexpectedly and immediately filed for the benefit he paid for. Conns gave him the run around for more than 2 months and finally told him he wasn't getting help because he has a part time job. He barely makes enough for Rent, utilities, and food, but Conns doesn't care.....as long as they get their money. We will never buy from them or refer anyone to them ever again.
