I had to get a new laptop in a hurry, as mine died pretty much as my 1st semester of school began. Ethan helped me pick out a Surface Pro which I am in love with! I don't think I would have known what to get with out his expertise. He was extremely helpful and showed me quite few options within my budget and my needs. I am not a super techy person so I really needed someone who is to help. I will certainly go to Best buy again. Many Thanks

I literally purchased all audio , video, streaming,phone, and movies from this store. In multiple departments I have had many questions on various levels of difficulty to assemble everything the way I desire. The questions I asked where not to just one employee but to a multitude on different days in different departments over months and everybody has provided knowledge to ensure what I already knew, added there own knowledge that I didn't know and advised me on other ideas to consider. The only place I shop for electronics.

Literally all the workers give me the creeps, but, I mean, they're helpful to some degree. If you're looking for a fight (but don't want to get actually hurt of anything) walk in and scream "YODA IS MY FAVOURITE STAR TREK CHARACTER I LOVE WHEN HE FINDS THAT RING AND RUNS OUT OF THE TEMPLE WITH THE ROLLING BOULDER CHASE HIM"

Always a great experience, nothing like going and seeing the product in person. They always price match as long as its the same product (same color size etc. ) Great help with returns and exchanges when needed. Great service overall.

FANTASTIC experience with Best Buy-Greenville today. My husband and I moved from NY a week ago and had a washer/dryer delivered this morning. Ryan and the gentleman that helped him (I didn’t get to catch his name) deliver our pieces were great!! They made sure everything was properly installed, Ryan went over everything in-depth and made sure I was happy before they left. We had also picked a TV out online and ordered but realized it was back ordered and decided to exchange for another in store this evening. I didn’t catch the woman’s name who helped us out at customer service...but she was just as personable and fantastic. Very patient with the hot mess we had created for her with all of our exchanges and she helped us out with a smile on her face. On our way out my husband wanted to make sure he’d crossed all his Ts and dotted Is with our new TV selection. He happened to ask Destino if he minded us asking him a few questions. To say he was knowledgeable would be an understatement. He took his time explaining differences to us even though he knew we’d already made our purchase. We will definitely be back for all our future purchases!
