I worked with their body shop and had a very good experience. In the past and had a good experience. Then I took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation. I made an appointment for in advance on their website which was neat but it didn't block off any times so I don't see how it was an effective scheduling tool. It took an 75 minutes from start to finish, and they didn't even vacuum my mats. That was frustrating. The service area itself is very confusing. I don't understand the staff out there in the little huts. Are you supposed to intuitively know which hut to drive up to? The signage is not helpful at all. Their cashier was super nice though and the guy in the hut that helped me also very nice. I have mixed feelings about the experience. I think they have good staff but bad procedures that limit the staff's ability to provide a great experience. 8/24/17 I'm updating my review. A couple days after my tires were supposedly rotated I got a low pressure warning. I was pretty surprised because generally when you rotate tires they also check your pressure. It took me a little while to get around to airing them back up but I knew I had one tire with a slow leak. Imagine my surprise when I found the low tire was in the exact same spot it had been before. My tires were not rotated. They did not preform the services they told me they did. They did not advise me they hadn't performed the services but instead explained everything they had "done" in the 75 minutes they had my car. If they lie about preforming mudaine services like tire rotation I shudder to think what they may lie about with more expensive services. Will never use again!

Took my explorer in for service, had something wrong with the throttle body. It only took one day to get fixed which was great! Dustin and Spencer both took great care of me, top notch guys. Would highly recommend either of them to get the job done right the first time.

Had a great experience with Advantage Ford and Gary Farmer. We traveled 2 1/2 hours to Advantage and was well worth it. Curtis, our sales guy was very helpful and nice as well. Deal was stress free and no surprises. Very accommodating to what we asked and left a customer that will return again. Thank you!

What a great outcome to a very frustrating day. I went to start my 2015 Ford Fiesta Titanium and nothing happened when I pushed the start button. Realizing it was the battery, I got my thoughts together and called Advantage Ford to make an appointment and then called Ford Roadside Assistance. Ford Roadside Assistance was there with a jump start in less than 45minutes with excellent customer service from Rob. Now, on to Advantage Ford where I was met by Annie in the service department what a wonderful experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, listened to my problem and gave me excellent Ford customer service. In less than an hour I had a new battery, car wash and on my way home. Thank you Advantage Ford and thank you Ford Roadside Assistance for your excellent customer service.

I have been a customer of Advantage Ford for several years. I would recommend their service department highly. I have special thanks to Dustin in the service department who has always demonstrated a friendly and extremely professional demeanor.
