Spoke to salesman on the phone and he said they would give me more money for my trade because they represented many different brands. Drove 50 miles to the dealership. Presented them with a low mileage trade in exceptional condition. They offered me $1500 below book and it was also $1500 below what another dealership offered. Since this resulted in a NO SALE we then spoke about leasing. The salesman completely misinformed us and gave us bogus made up figures so we walked out. All dealerships are the same. The only care about making a sale which can only be slanted in their favor. They have all these bogus add on's which result in them extorting more money from you. My last new car purchase was 5 years ago. At that time Doc Fees were $125. Now they are over $800. Give me a break. Do not be afraid to walk out of a dealership. They certainly don't care about repeat business or taking advantage of you. They tell you they are not like the other dealerships but that is also a lie.

I had planned on giving them 5 stars. My salesman was super easy to work with and so was the sales manager. However, there was no communication with the finance/titling department and their mistakes have cost me huge $$$ in the long run. And, of course, no willingness to fix those mistakes because I signed the contract. Had it been the other way around and their mistakes cost them money then you can bet they would have asked me to re-do the paperwork. All I can say is: Go over the contracts with a fine tooth comb and make sure the financing/titling department knows what they are doing. I was in a rush and that's my bad, but, again, had it been the other way around they would have asked me for my help in fixing the mistake.

Mike was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I bought my previous Mazda there and now this one. I would recommend Wallace to everyone.

I was impressed by how easy Wallace Mazda made this transaction. They had the car I wanted, priced it fairly, and everything was ready when I got there - with no surprises! Could not have been easier, and everyone there could not have been nicer. Have to say, my new Miata RF is great fun!!
