When I arrived they explained everything that they would do and why. They suggested services that would be needed in the future and costs. They were on time, spoke to me with respect, slowly and directly so that I would be able to understand what they were telling me. The building, bathroom and wait area was clean and comfortable while I waited. They were pleasant and positive. Very nice. I will return.

Our vehicle is a 2016 Mazda 6 GT. Appointment was set and we were greeted promptly by our service representative. Vehicle was having warranty sevice performed. Service was completed in less time than anticipated. Melody and Scott were great in keeping us advised of progress. Thanks.

Leasing my 2017 Santa Fe was an easy and fun process. Adam and Garth made sure that what I needed was achievable. Adam clearly answered any question I had, and since this was my first leased car I had many! I have already referred a friend who has an appointment to meet my new friends, Adam and Garth. Thank you Adam, Garth , and Mr. Wallace!

Best experience ever buying a car. The staff was helpful, professional, and did not make me feel pressured into a purchase. I highly recommend Wallace and already plan to go back for a car for my daughter.
