I recently purchased a 2015 Mazda5 from Wallace Cadillac and Mazda through Josh Estes, Internet Manager. I live in New Jersey and had originally planned to see and test drive the car before the purchase while on a trip to Florida. When the timing didn't work out, I decided to purchase the car nevertheless and have it shipped to New Jersey. Believe me, it wasn't a decision I made lightly. I've never purchased a car online or long-distance before, and even locally it was a headache to connect with the right person when I found a car I was interested in. Not so with Josh—he always answered the phone himself. During our first contact he physically walked out to see the car, described it to me and answered questions in real time. That made a terrific impression—no one else had taken the time and trouble to do these things, and I had been looking for several months! Through the whole process he was usually a step ahead of me in anticipating concerns and sent detailed information and clear instructions so that everything proceeded without a hitch. I ended every conversation with renewed confidence. He also helped me with shipping information and took a photo of the car when it was on the car carrier ready for its trip—situated on the lower level, right behind the cab of the truck as I had requested. The car arrived beautifully detailed, just as promised. It was a pleasure to deal with Josh and finish the transaction in such a positive way. In his low-key, very thorough way, he inspired complete confidence. I had no doubt that I was in good hands every step of the way. I'd also like to note that since I'm in New Jersey, there's little chance of return business from me, which made no difference to Josh and the care he took of me; if anything, he seemed even more determined to deliver on everything we discussed since I couldn't see the car in person. Thank you very much from a satisfied customer.

Went to Wallace today in an attempt to get a car. The sale guy ..Paul was great, but the financial big boys were very condescending. We we left to stand outside as Paul ran back and forth with questions.I asked why we were not invited inside the building. Only then did Paul said ok. On the desk were 3 big boys. No one greatest us there were no enthusiasm in doing.business with us. We were in gym clothes and certainly didn't look.like their "ideal" buyer. When I asked about.lease options, one of the boys respond You have to have a "good job", the other turned away to continue his conversation. VERY POOR customer service. As we were leaving, I pause to explain how terrible their customer service were.one of them attempted some sarcasm, which I promptly addressed. By the time i was finished with respect and customer service 101 lesson ,he started saying.OK .what car are you interested in?. I thank him for his time and left..quietly. Moral of story....never judge a book by its cover. I could.have bought the car for my daughter.that same day.It was what she wanted for Med School reward. I guess we didn't look like people who could afford a ") Mazda". (Even though I drive a 2016 luxury car) which non of them would have notice or thought was mine)parked to the side What a shame.

Service department started out great up until they touched it. Oh that means they are not great. Any ways, the customer service aspect dropped off with the follow up phone calls for updates letting me know when I would receive my Sonata back. Then it got good, they promised it would be done by the next day in the afternoon, and then the following day ( totaled at three days with no rental or curiosity calls)… I was told that my service might be covered by my $2,000 warranty of bumper to bumper coverage…( first possible good news when I called them an hour after they said I was supposed to receive a call!) Due to foreign objects they said it was not covered (of course) but then the tech said maybe he could get there own group to cover it (this also being the second days afternoon when I was supposed to yet again receive a call and never did!) After four hours of silence and thirty minutes to closing time I called them back to be told the "news" of sorry no can't help you, and it's going to total out at $1147.82. 🤕😱 Dang that's a good bit of bones to drop but hey I love my car and I want the little bugger back so okay I'll swing by to pick her up before you close! Right… no biggie …?!?!?! "Sorry sir we are still working on it so tomorrow morning it will be ready. Day three!!! Wtf 😡😡😡😡 12:38 rolls by and damn look at that no call! So I call and now it's 4:30 it will be ready. (Finally) Go for the pickup where I am informed my bill is $1294… huh?? That's not what I got told from the get go… this came with no explanation. Upon paying my bill it was discovered that my battery for my key fob was dead and the tech and I had discussed this when I dropped it off. So he walks up to the parts counter and whispers to him hey he's spending $1200 so we can throw him a battery. ( snickers lightly to the parts guy) Screw this crap I'm just done! Go to my car and wtf there are grease makes all over it dirt and oil smuggled galore! Talk to the tech and he informs me they finished the work just now!!!!!! What I inform him he told me it was all done minus one cosmetic fix that was getting painted! Ok I'll have them clean it..... Three minutes later I have a half vacuumed car a door wiped and leather cleaning compound wiped dash that is plastic! Don't trust Wallace for Service! Never Again

This is the lowest score I can give it ! If I could have given it a zero I would have !! Horrible experience and very rude employees. I really regret buying here!
