First off let me say, I never take the time to do this. I am very unsatisfied. I have completed no less than 5 negative surveys on this matter and have yet to be contacted by anyone from Chevrolet. My 2016 Chevy Colorado which has less than 50,000 miles, no longer has an AC. The Compressor and condenser require replacement. They're giving me a deal $670. Yes, this is a problem since they decided to lower their warranty to 36000 miles. I don't think the AC should break this quick....or ever! Anyway all of the parts for this one year old vehicle are on back order. Its been two weeks and they said it is still unknown as to a delivery date of the part. It was 95 degrees today.

The only reason this received 2 stars is because of the sales person and financial guy... otherwise I would have gave a 1. Service advisers don't return phone calls and nor does the service manager. I wrote a negative review in the survey after waiting 5 hours with 2 kids for an oil change and having to spend $500+ in the first 6 months on a certified pre-owned vehicle. It's like these people simply just don't care. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at this point. Too bad too because my Mom just bought a brand new car and I had to tell her to go somewhere else.

Had a fuel pump put in my car after an accident. In broke within a month and left me stranded on the side of a road. Had to have it replaced by a third party using my own money. When I took it back to Wallace and told them about what happened, I was told that because I didn't have them fix it again I was getting no reimbursement. That "if I just took it back to Wallace I wouldn't be having a problem." Yeah. When I'm stuck on the side of a road due to them putting in a defective product, my first thought was towing my vehicle over 50 miles just so Wallace could look at it lol. I'm out over eight hundred dollars because of them. They refuse to fix this problem they've caused. Yes, the sales representative is always going to be nice to you. The service department won't.

We recently purchased our GMC Terrain from Wallace. Our salesman Anthony Borges was very professional and knew exactly what we wanted. We were treated with respect. Anthony was friendly and knew how to make our car buying experience a positive one. Once we made our decision, Anthony put us in great hands with his manager Stephen Goldberg. Another very positive experience. We felt we were in control of our experience. Anthony followed up and kept all of his promises in more than a timely manor. We traded two SUV's in and thought that would be difficult. Both Anthony and Stephen made this task easy. We are very pleased with their professional manor, with no pushing. We will return to Wallace in the future. It should be noted, I bought a Lincoln Mark 8 in 1999 from Wallace and had a great experience then as well. This says a great deal about their customer service. If you are looking for an easy car buying experience without the sales pitch others give, give Wallace a try. It's been 3 weeks and we are so happy with our Terrain! Thank you Wallace!

Ed Vossen is the reason I came over to Wallace Chevrolet after having purchased a vehicle from him in the past. Ed is the consummate professional sales associate . He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles , responded promptly to all my questions and messages , took me on a test drive that included getting some drive time in on I-95 , worked with me on negotiating a deal agreeable to both parties and was very helpful throughout the buying process. I highly recommend Ed Vossen at Wallace Chevrolet .
