Great service. Warm and friendly staff. However, they told me my electronic key fob will be $200, but they charged me $356 plus tax. The extra money was for programming and a shop use charge. Yes, you read that right, they charge you for the privilege of fixing your car. I can't help but wonder if I buy a $200 tire from Wallace will they sneak in an extra $156 charge for putting air in it. Again the service is good but other then that they're the typical nickle and dime car dealership. The programming instructions is in the owners manual. Next time I'll save the money.

Mr. Wallace buying a Cadillac from your company was my biggest and most expensive mistake ever! Women need a safe environment to share their concerns especially when it comes to cars! :) My Escalade has a steering wheel and tires that vibrate/shake and the car feels like it is falling apart! I read there is a is a recall for this possible problem... something about a Suspension front control arm? My Escalade has rattling in the FRONT end of the car with vibration when going over bumps or fast acceleration. The recall stated something about Inadequate welds on the control arm? Your management team expects us to drive in a dangerous car with a two-year-old? How can you trust a management team that yells at your loyal customers (I've owned 3 Cadillacs)? I have read about the person I thought you were and I stood by you by purchasing my 2016 Cadillac Escalade even after I read about the MAN who actually DIED on a TEST DRIVE! Would you actually want the papers to read family dies after attempting to get their escalade fixed in your service department? I requested to have you call me, however, I'm not convinced that you will because I was told that you don't call customers! So I really would like you to know that Dan the service manager was beyond unprofessional! During the last few days of attempting to have my car fixed. I went to the Chevy manager who was super nice he referred me to Dan. Right from the start Dan was not interested in hearing anything I had to say and was on the defense! Dan stared at his computer and disregarded my comments and concerns and even used cuss words! The next day he said management refused to fix my vehicle! Apparently it's ok for Dan to yell, curse, blame and disrespect me as a former loyal customer equating me to a cheap chevy car! I felt very uncomfortable with his complete disregard and have asked Mr. Wallace to call, however, Dan stated, Mr. Wallace is out of town and does not talk to customers! If that's true then why would Mr. Wallace state in an online interview, "We are in the retail business. We breathe month to month, and weekend to weekend, however your manager said, "you drove the car here and it's fine and you can drive the car home in the same condition. " Dan accused me of the following in a conversation today although I will leave out his curse words... Dan stated, "You insult "EVERYBODY" (impossible to do the world is to big)! He then continues, "You insult customers (I never saw or spoke to any customers)!" Then Dan states, "you insult my guy because he has a tattoo that says family on his arm" (Never spoke to him either)! Then he goes off and blames and curses (so not posting that)! What I ACTUALLY said Mr. Wallace is that I did not feel comfortable taking my LIFE THREATENING Broken SUV to someone who has very LITTLE EXPERIENCE compared to the last service manager! I also brought up the fact that the newbie was not dressed in a professional manner! Instead of deescalating the situation by listening (a skill of an experienced manager) he chose to yell, blame, triangle another employee, and cuss! I attempted to call everyone and finally had my husband return the loaner Escalade to Chevy because Cadillac was closed! My husband arrived home at 9:05 (no door to door service)... My Cadillac calls were not returned! Paying thousands for a Cadillac is not worth the headache of having to drive a car purchased from your dealership with a full 7 year warranty! Instead of trading my Mercedes to upgrade I am choosing to end my relationship with Cadillac and will be trading my LAST EVER Cadillac SUV onto another luxury brand that offers LUXURY SERVICE (aka BMW, Porsche, Tesla, Mercedes, Ect.! You can still call me during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Several team members have my phone number.

Bought 3 cars from Wallace over the past 6 years. Very good experience with the salesmen. YOU DON"T KNOW A COMPANY UNTIL YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH SERVICE> Only had to go to Service once and had an awful experience. Asked them to put on a bicycle hitch for me which involved 2 screws and 1 U-bolt needing to be attached to the chassis, a no-brainer. I would have done it myself in less than 15 minutes if the car was not so low to the ground. I was able to attach the hitch with the 2 screws. I was just not able to raise the bar to the chassis with the U-bolt though it was in correct alignment. Had an oil change done, so I asked them to attach the hitch for me. After waiting over 3 hours I asked what was taking so long. They took me to the car and I could see in less than a minute that it was the wrong hitch for the car (the gas tank was in the way). I don't know how much longer they would have spent looking at it if I did not ask to see it and told them that it clearly does not fit. They agreed. Bottom line, they were not able to put the hitch on AND they charged me a half hour labor $69.57. It took their Professional mechanic half hour + to see what I saw in less than a minute PLUS they charged me for work that they did not do. I called back several times. Always receiving an answering machine. Never received a call back. I filled out a questionnaire twice asking for someone to get in touch with me. No response after 6 weeks. I called corporate office. They read to me the bill. Car hitch, half hour labor, everything is in order, tough luck. People I spoke with Service Advisor: Scott Guntz Corporate Office: Craig Wanted to speak to someone above Craig. He insisted that everyone above him will say the same as him and would not give me a telephone number of anyone above him. Am waiting for a call back, as I have been waiting for a call back over the last 6 weeks....
