We had been looking for a reputable plumbing company for over two years for some future planned work.  Finally heard about Advantage and I called to get a quote on several items I wanted to have done.  Jim came to the house and we spent about an hour plus talking through the projects I wanted to have done.  Jim gave me a quote and I decided to do about half of the work.  Jimmy came on time and was very friendly, but most of all he was very knowledgeable.  He ran into a problem early.  Even though we had ordered a comfort height toilet for the basement a standard height came in and Advantage did no realize it until Jimmy brought it into the house.  Jimmy called Advantage and they had a special space saver toilet in stock and brought it out to the house.  This toilet actually saved us even more space than the one originally ordered.  Jimmy worked pretty much all day to replace three toilets and a sump pump motor.  He was very professional and left the place looking like he had not even been there.  I would definitely use Advantage again. In fact, I plan to replace my water heater sometime this summer...after I save a bit more for it.  All in all, Advantage may not be the most inexpensive plumbing company in the world, but they more than make up for it in customer service and warranty.  I would not hesitate to recommend Advantage to all my friends and neighbors.  Advantage...you have  a customer for life.  Thanks!!!

I would hire this company again any time. Very professional and honest. I had a difficult job and he did a great job for me. He ran a gas line to a cook top and made it so I didn't have to lose my drawer under the cooktop like another plumber had told me. Did the job for a lot less too.

They sent out a competent individual who did good work; however, the job must have been too hard for him because he did not finish what he started, nor did he return my calls for a follow up, and neither did the office.  Their prices are also absurd.

I had some issues from a winter turn off.  Advantage sent someone out on Memorial Day Wk-End to fix the problem.  Great Service!!

Expert quote and prof job even though there were many obsticles. Many unforseen problems. The 3 hour job turned into more then 6 plus hours.
