Our Company had what seemed like a 'little' trouble with our restrooms.  We called our regular plumbing company who said they would be out the next day. We then called Michigan Plumbing / Rooter Express who came out same day.  One of our Technicians was Mr. Fitzpatrick, who took the time to look at the whole picture and seen what we had right now was just the beginning to a much larger problem.  He kept me informed and quoted pricing throughout the entire process.  Our potty troubles where flushed down the toilet, but not our money.   I will continue to recommend this Co. to anyone who needs a plumber.

The customer service on the phone was outstanding. And this is where the greatness stopped. While the company offers 24 hour service with no added cost, it would seem that they spread out the cost to ALL paying customers. Be warned: I had my main sewer from the house to the road snaked out to remove tree roots and obstructions that were hung up on them and it cost me $535!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Outrageous prices and their office refused to give me an estimate of cost over the phone. Never again Michigan Plumbing. Never again.

My parents (who are in retirement) had a water heater start leaking in their house that Michigan Plumbing just installed about 6 years ago. When they came out to look at it, they told my parents they needed another water heater, which was going to cost $3000 installed. They failed to notice that they had only charged them $2200 six years earlier, for practically the same exact unit. After they told me what Michigan Plumbing was about to do, I told them to hold off and call another company (Bel Company) which I have had extremely good experiences in the past. They came out and installed a new (and larger) water heater than what Michigan Plumbing was going too for only $1200. Everyone needs to check around before approving quotes from Michigan Plumbing... chances are they are overcharging you. Buyer beware!!

My drains stopped working- kitchen sink was draining back out of the bath tub.. These guys dispatched a plumber within an hour, and I'm 40 miles away from them. 

The plumber was stumped once or twice but persevered. ON A SUNDAY NIGHT. His shift should have ended at 8:30, but he stayed on the job until nearly 10pm to make sure the job was done and done right. 

This particular guy, Josh, was courteous, knowledgeable in his trade, resourceful and patient. 

As a business owner, I would recommend this company to anyone in the Michigan Plumbing service range, which I think is around 50 miles.
