Amazing ER.  I have been here a few times.  They were the first ones to catch my cardiac condition that I have had for 47 years.  They referred me to a cardiologist who had found a hole in my heart and arrhythmia.  All after being worked up all my life and told I am thin, healthy and making it up.  
My visit on 02/02/2018 was just as professional and very accommodating.  I usually drive hospitals nuts and they end up getting angry with me as I am very sensitive.  Not many doctors have listened to this and they suffer the consequences when they administer medication and my body reacts to just about anything you put in it. I opted not to have the IV in arm knowing what it could do to my body.  The doctor was a bit taken back but then listened to me and my explanantion.  He then did not push any further medication nor procedures.  He gave me the option of many different tests but respected my decision not to go ahead with a few.  He was very informative, caring and understanding.  It's not easy going into a medical establishment scared with arrhythmia and then telling them you can't take their medicine but you just need to know that there is nothing serious going on.  Thank you Dr. Jeffrey Stone for being a professional and for listening to me and understanding.  The nurse also was a peach.  She was amazingly warm and understanding (after she realized that I literally didn't' take any medication nor get shots due to my bizarre reactions to things)  She was so personable and told stories to help me relax.  She was really fun and made a scary situation easier to deal with.  I wish I knew her name.  It is not on any of my records.  But I hope she gets the credit she deserves.  She is shorter and blond, with glasses and has been married over 40 years??? Please thank her for me.  
I commend the staff at this ER and I drive out of my way to seek out their expertise.  I recommend this ER to all my colleagues.  It is clean and quick.  From a fellow medical professional.

Do yourself a favor and go to any other hospital. The triage employee was rude and condescending. She made a couple rude and judgemental comments when reviewing my medical history The doctor I was assigned to was even worse. The entire visit was terrible. I ended up leaving before being evaluated further because I couldn't trust the service. I immediately went to Holy Cross and received excellent care. The doctor from Holy Cross even called me 24 hours later to just see how I was feeling. I will do whatever it takes to avoid ever going to a Adventist hospital ever again.

The front desk b is so rude. Did I mention the rude lady at the front desk? Even after an appointment they make you wait anywhere from 30-45 minutes. Seriously? At 9:00 AM in the morning, you don’t even have that much energy? Very unprofessional staff, they tricked us into getting an MRI by creating a chaos between insurance and their MRI partners and now we have to pay it out of our own pocket.

I love that this place is so close to my house.  I have been here numerous times and always found the staff to be concerned and helpful.  My only "issue" is that I tend to need to use their services way too much...but that is not their fault. :)

I was denied pain medicine for my ulsers. And when I asked why when they gave a white teenager 10 Percocets for a sore leg. I was told to mind my business and thrown out. I left in tears and in pain. The charge nurse was racist and had no problems hiding it.
