I'm a RN, and I was looking for a physician that cared, listened and works collaboratively with me, to address my issues and concerns. I was blessed to find, Dr Edward Rybka. He's professional, and knowledgeable! Great pick for me!

I have not been there in over a year, not because I didn't like the doctors or that the service was bad. I quit because of the bill I was charged for an office visit and having insurance. When I called and questioned my bill, the person said to me, "you could have asked the cost before seeing the doctor". Again having insurance and it was an office visit, why would I think to ask? We make sure you do, as I was told that if you have insurance you basically get charged more. I received a bill for my lab work which I thought was very reasonable, but an office visit that cost over $500 after insurance paid their part! Sorry I can not accord to see these doctors. Make sure you ask before seeing a doctor what the cost is.

Doctor Chalupczak is amazing!

The medical staff seem to be the only thing good here, while the receptionists, coordinators, schedulers, etc seem to be the big problem.

There should be a smooth transition between patient care from beginning to end, and it always seem to be a nightmare for the simplest request. From referrals to lab results always seems to  be a headache.

No one ever answers or returns calls, messages, or patient portal requests!   

Yet when I am there, meeting with the Dr. the front office calls my phone asking questions etc like wtf? Don't you know im here already.

You never have to wait long to see Dr Omastiak. He is very caring understanding and kind. He always give you plenty of time. 
He really listens to you too. 
He's the best.
