*They re-seated a crown that had fallen off, and it fell off AGAIN two weeks later!* The outside and inside of the building is run down and wasn’t very clean. I was on time, but I ended up having to wait for over an hour to be called back for my appointment. After I was called back and had my x-rays done, I had to wait for an additional 20 minutes until the dentist came back to see me. It was almost closing time by then, so they were all in a rush. She told me that my gums had grown up under my crown a little bit which is why it probably came off (the first time). She also told me that the crown might not stay if she tried to put it back on. She told me I’d probably have to get them to re-make the crown for me (which would cost almost $500 WITH INSURANCE.) What she did not tell me is that there is a way to fix the gums so that the crown will stay on. (I found that out two weeks later when the crown that she glued on fell off and I went to a DIFFERENT dentist, Solomon Dental Group. ..Dr. Solomon is amazing, by the way!!) I think that the dentist at Affordable Dental was in a hurry and didn’t want to take the time to fix my gums, and she might have also been hoping I’d have to get them to re-make my crown. I’m not sure what her reason was, but she did not do what she should’ve done to fix my tooth, and I am very unhappy about that. The ONLY Reef in that I gave this place to stars instead of one is that the office staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful (Even the dentist was very nice, even though she didn’t do her job correctly) and I think that deserves some recognition. My advice is to not waste your time or money here. Go see Dr. Solomon instead! Lol

Went for xrays to start process of dentures. They tripled price in 2 years with less teeth in my mouth. I asked about my wisdom teeth.They informed me I didn't have any. I will be getting my bottom wisdom teeth surgically extracted next year by UT Dental in Houston. On a side note UT told me dentures would not have fit properly with wisdom teeth. I would highly recommend UT. They did all my simple extractions for $38 per tooth. It takes longer but well worth it. They do a thorough exam and xrays for $88,and you only pay if they accept you into program. My surgical specialist is charging $22 for consultation. The staff at UT are the absolute best!! Unlike Affordable Dental who are extremely rude and unprofessional. Take your $ and run. Happily getting what I want for 1/3 of the cost.. Good luck all!!

Being in the past medical field working with this dentist office for the past three years there are very professional . on time never had a bad experience. I would definitely recommend anyone to them for dental care. The dentist are very professional caring and precise they care about their patients and well being. The Laboratory they use does a very fine job on the Dentistry on the Dentures or anything else that needs to be made. I would definitely give this location fivestars and proficiency

Wish I could give them no stars but can't. Deisy the office manager is rude as hell! If working around people makes you rude why work. I couldn't even say a word to her because she started ignoring me

Some of the staff here are simply amazing! Others not so much. I brought my mother here for a check up everything was great until i went to the front desk. It wasnt the girls who were there at the beginning but the EVIL witch that came after. I mean EVIL literally , I believe she was the office manager because of the way she treated the poor girls in the front...I felt so bad after i left..... Honestly dont know how they can handle that person everyday. After that i will not be coming here EVER again. Will be looking for a new office. wish i coulnd put no stars but everyone else were amazing ... Found a new dentist withtin the next day
