The entire staff was AWESOME!Very professional and made sure my daughter that was home from college was taken care of to the fullest all charges were explained in detail and work was performed accordingly....this will be our new Dentist office

Staff were very nice but it went downhill from there. Sat in the waiting room for an hour before they took my son back for x-rays then we were told there were no rooms available so we had to go back out to the waiting room which took another 30 minutes. Once we got back into a room we waited for about 20 minutes until the dental hygenist came in to do my son's teeth cleaning. We then waited for another hour to see the dentist (who never showed up) at which point I was beyond frustrated for having been there over 3 hours and I needed to leave because of another appointment period of course when I got to the front desk they apologized and tried to get me to stay so the dentist could do a "quick" exam. I explained that I had waited long enough and that I did not appreciate their unprofessionalism and if he had time to do an exam he should have already been back there. I will pay extra money for an out of network dentist to avoid such unprofessionalism and lack of efficiency.

Scheduled an appointment over a month ago for a cleaning and a consultation on some orthodontics. I get a call two days before the appointment telling me that they were going to cancel it because they were going to be closed. Then they wanted me to reschedule and wait another month for the next open Saturday. If you knew you would be close on the 23rd of Dec... why in the hell would you schedule my appointment for that date? Looks like I'll be hitting up Lovett dental.

I've been fighting with 2 other dentist to get my daughters teeth done. We walked in and had ex rays, a cleaning done and then he asked if we like to do everything done today. It was awesome, we're out in 2 1/2 hours with Everything completed! Thank You!

Through and caring.  State of the art equipment.  Hard to believe, but I look forward to my next appointment!
