Don't be fooled by all the 5 star ratings, they give a 10% discount for that, the dentist himself is a very nice man and did great work, it's the office manager that sucks, my insurance needs papers and documentation to approve a claim and she won't send it in. Not sure how she is still working there I can't be the only  patient with this issue. I've been dealing with this for close to 8 months, and she won't even call me back.

I don't understand the negative reviews here.  I've always had good service in every department.  I have not been offered a discount to write a review and I book my appointments in advance for cleanings, crown, whatever. The place is clean.  I do think the office could do better supplying children with quiet toys... some books or something or at least put the tv on some kids show.  One of my favorite doctors office I ever visited showed movies like Cars or Junglebook.  Kids movies.. even the adults put their phones down and paid attention.  Bottom line, I actually look forward to going in for a cleaning or dental work because I know I will be taken care of properly.

They initially got me in right away I was very happy then a day before my appointment they called and canceled and said no dentist will be working for the next week…  so I guess the shop will be closed for the next week, doesn't really make sense to me how you can forget your dentist won't be there for over a week but OK .  I think what really happened is they forgot and double booked the appointments and instead of taking a new client they probably took a existing client over me and instead of being honest they lied to me and told me there's no dentist .  If they are willing to lie about that what else are they willing to lie about this is just my opinion here but something does not seem right.  I called another dentist who got me in an hour earlier than their appointment and did not cancel so I guess I'll be going to that one instead .

Horrible...Horrible...Horrible My daughter has braces and she is to be seen EVERY month for adjustments. My mother took my daughter to her last appointment and no follow-up visit was made by the staff at checkout. This happened not ONCE but TWICE!! I Called to get an appointment after SEVERAL failed attempts of trying to get my daughter in for an appointment through web and leaving messages, with no return call only to be greeted with "Please Hold" for 15 MINUTES!!!! The soonest they could get her in for an ortho appointment was OVER A MONTH LATER!!! Since this isn't the 1st time this has happened, after I complained I was told by Dr, whom is now retired that should NEVER happen and they would fit her in ASAP. After telling the front desk that, she said in her snotty voice "Why didn't you make the appointment before you left the office" I work in the medical field and THIS is NOT how you treat patients!! I am highly disappointed at this companies customer service skills.

I had the best experience at Lovett dental. The people are so friendly, nice and explained everything they are doing.  They have a  great sense of humor which made my experience very enjoyable and that has never happened for me at the dentist.
